What a lousy place to eat. It was a disgusting restaurant with the laziest workers. I never leave reviews but this took the cake for us. We walk in, no credit cards taken, only cash. We ordered, waited 30 solid minutes for our food and then we were missing a kids meal, told them, they looked around and what seemed to look like more energy spent on looking productive than actually doing there job.. after 20 minutes (the entire family finished eating except for my kid missing her meal) we are still waiting. I finally asked for our money back and they found out kids meal sitting between the oils and cooking tools. Just sitting thereand hesitated to give us our money-back. Offered the cold sandwich
I’ve been here for 30 minutes and still have not been given my food. I pulled up to the speaker at 7:23 and sat for almost 10 minutes with no one answering. Pulled up to the window and was told they didn’t know. Ordered my food and was told to pull around by the door and park and someone would bring it to me. Still sitting here with cars steadily going through the line behind me.
I have never left a negative review of anywhere until now. We were the only ones in the restaurant and it took 35 minutes to get our two, simple orders. The workers were constantly screaming, cursing, and doing nothing. My order did not come to me until I came up to the counter to find out they have not been working on my food at all. The food was fine but service was pathetic.
Maybe this place have new owners but which ever it is, the quality and portions of food is ridiculous. I had to explain to the Mexican lady that my Philly sandwich wasn’t right and barely had any meat on it. Never again will I visit this place and she had a bad attitude which I know she understands my language very well.
Charlie R was great on the drive -thru today, 4/14/2022. Waited less than 2 minutes, food was fresh and fries was hot. Charlie was professional, friendly and fast. I recommend my co-workers, family and friends to visit Steak Escape-Flowood, MS....
The food was good and hot! And the service was great. This Steak Escape is much better than the one in Brandon. You all should show them how it's done starting with the customer service. Thank you guys for a great experience. I will for sure be back.
First time for me to eat there. It was quick and good. The employees were great. No complaints.

I ordered a grand escape with extra meat. They didn’t give me extra meat. I also ordered chicken nuggets and they were completely raw in the middle. I am pregnant and cannot eat any food that’s under cooked. I tried to call the store and make an complaint they didn’t answer the phone properly I could literally hear myself saying hello then was put on hold with no answer. I completely wasted $31. I will never go back to that location they are very unprofessional.
I'll start with. After I had a horrible experience at this owner's Northpark location I thought o could still eat at this location; after today I know I will never go back.My coworker wanted this today. So I change my plan and decided to eat here also; huge mistake.The Hispanic woman struggle to take the older couple in front of me order so she asked the man to take mines, wasn't mad I totally understood. I had 2 orders; I made the first order no problems. While making that order I noticed a man walked in, went to use the restroom. By time I was finishing my first order, he's now coming to get in line. I stated I had a second order, the manager which is the man who took my order stated to me he needs to get the man behind me; I said I ha e a second order again. It's like after that it all went way south. I originally wanted a turkey club but sub the ham for turkey, couldn't do that. So I changed my whole order and got a triple cheese.The owner spoke and asked how was I. I gestured fir him to come over to try and tell him about my current experience/feeling. I wasn't able to explain myself completely because I was struggling to find the right words. But he was giving the I don't care, the it's not important, the I'm not going to address anything vibe. By this time I'm irritated, loss of appetite and disrespected. I just want my food and go. Needless to say that older white man received his 1 order before I received my 2 orders; and only then after I said something it became an issue. I literally waited almost 30 mins for food that I didn't eat. Never have I've been treated this way by a fast food restaurant. The owner is horrible, his lack of appreciation for his customers showed loudly today.
