It's just Starbucks. They excel at being consistent with what they offer across all locations. Not the best coffee, but usually open and they don't mess up orders

I’m really tired of Starbucks apparent inability to make a cappuccino. If I wanted a latte. I’d order a latte. I always order a Cappuccino/ easy on the milk. Every now and then they get it right. If you don’t know the difference between the two drinks then you may as well stop reading.Today my cappuccino was filled to the brim with milk , no foam. I couldn’t do it so I very nicely asked the barista to make an almost dry cappuccino. She handed me the perfect latte. Meaning it had about a half inch of foam. I don’t want a latte! I want a cappuccino. I’m done. I’ll be making my own, or going to Cupps from now on.
Great customer service but awful at making drinks! Literally no point in asking to change/add something to your drink... I asked for an iced cappuccino and got an iced latte. On another occasion I asked for the iced handshaken oatmilk brown sugar espresso and asked to swap the oatmilk with whole milk. Still got oatmilk...
I was visiting from Memphis and the Staff were so welcoming to me!!! Each day I came in I was so warmed by the kindness of the staff! You all are doing a wonderful job !!Starbucks lover, Bewindi Bobb

I ordered an Americano, horrible. Worst coffee ever, tasted watered-down. I definitely won't be visiting this location again.
Friendly and helpful staff, clean environment despite the high traffic of people going in and out.
They were rude while taking my order then told me they were out of whipped topping and crunch but the next order after mine had it. Starbucks is some people’s excitement and they completely failed me.
I order the same exact coffee everytime and it's never consistent. My coworker and I went Monday around 1 and it was the best coffee I had had in a long time. Today my coffee taste like water with foam
