Drove 20minutes out of our way because it says open til 9pm. It was 7:15pm and they were already closed!
How are you going to run a business with one person taking and making orders? I tried 3 times to get a coffee and had no luck. The lady was sweet and showed no signs of stress, everyone waiting was patient as we saw the reason for the slow service. She moved as fast as she could, just one at a time

The drive thru window if SUPER SLOW, waited over 20 minutes with only 4 cars in front of me. The coffee is good, but not that good. Come on Starbucks, get it together and be the coffee shop we all want you to be.
I do not like Starbucks to begin with, but I got a gift card for my birthday. There were no signs on Facebook or the website to let me know that the entire had been closed! Like “boarded up” closed, not closed early like the prior Starbucks I went to. What’s wrong with this company and their POOR customer service? Do not advertise “open” unless you’re actually OPEN for business.

these baristas are the most amazing people i love them they all deserve raises. they know their stuff and despite having picky and rude customers they always keep a good attitude. the only starbucks you should go to in flowood is here.
Drove 15 minutes off of the interstate while traveling just to visit the only open Starbucks only to get inside and both of the workers proceed to tell me they are closed because they both must take their lunch break at the same time. This is ridiculous. Need better policies or indicate you are closed during this time online so people do not waste their time.
