I don’t normally review but man I have a lot of anger about my experience tonight. I just wanted to buy something to eat. I pressed the red button at stall 7 . 10 minutes later I pressed the button again. Then another 14 minutes, no response and the light turned off on its on. I was pretty upset but I decided to try another stall. When I went to another empty stall, that red light was still on from the previous person. You stole 25 minutes of my time and i walked away with nothing.
When ordering the brownie batter shake it'd be nice to have it made correctly. One of the main reasons I tried this was due to it having brownie pieces in it. I tried a 2nd time and still made incorrect. Only thing added to shake was the brownie batter with no brownie pieces mise well be a chocolate fudge shake.
Usually fast service. Food is good. Nice when on the run.
Tonight, 1/5/21, 5 stars! Onion rings, 5.0; freshly cooked, not over/under cooked, perfectly crispy! Chicken Slang was 3.75 Stars. Medium buttery bun, two pickles with 1 TEASPOON (not kidding) of mayo, chicken cooked appropriately. Not a lot of hoopla just a good sandwich. And my small cherry limeade was mixed to perfection!
I am currently waiting to place my order. The red button was activated 23 minutes ago and I am one of 2 cars here. Every time I come to the Grants Ferry location it is like this. Not coming back!!Update: the red button notification suddenly went away as if it had been canceled. I waited a beat and repressed it. It was immediately answered. I wasn’t offered the first apology or slightest explanation for the wait.I repeat, NOT COMING BACK!!!
I'm Disappointed that I paid for the garlic burger and just received a regular burger. I frequent this location regularly for many years and the quality of their food has diminished recently to the point that i will not be back.
Quick to bring order out and manager goes out of her to provide excellent service

This is the worst sonic I've ever been to twice I've pulled into a stall and pressed the button and noone came on the speaker to take my order today I waited 8 minutes thinking they were just backed up when a lady pulled into the stall next to me pressed her button and someone came on right away and started taking her order
Do not expect freshly cooked/prepared food from this Sonic. It used to be a fairly decent place to eat. Not anymore! Its gone downhill in a major way over the past several months. My family and I live nearby so we have eaten here several times and finally after tonight we vow not to ever go back. After our homemade supper fell victim to a rogue burner on the stove we decided to run to Sonic for redemption and mind you at this point we were starved. After waiting the same amount of time it took the world to flood and dry back out we received our order only to get home and unwrap the coldest, dryest beef with soggy letuce on the most soggy rubbery buns you can imagine.
