Terrible service. I watched 3 other customers order in front of me while I sat in lane #2 at the microphone
Pulled into the drive-thru at 9:06 AM. Didn't get my order until 9:35 AM. What's interesting is that I could hear screaming and profanity thru the drive-thru speaker when I placed my order I didn't pay much attention to it until I got home and realized my order was wrong. I ordered 2 ultimate cheese and meat breakfast burritos and I got 2 egg and cheese burritos and no onion, tomatoes and jalapeno like I originally asked. The cherry on top was not even getting a receipt but getting this instead. Horrible!
The blasts were a blast as usual. The moz sticks were fresh and good. The only thing my kids have a complaint about is that when they get the BBQ boneless wings, it's never enough sauce on them to cover all the wings. Even if you shake the bowl, you still only cover half of the wings. But they love the onion rings because they were hot and fried crispy.
Wanted to add a coke from a last minute text at the window that I received, and after waiting in the drive thru line for 30 minutes the lady told me she couldn't add a coke to my order, and I would have to get back in line...... Really?
I often stop at this sonic on my way to work in the mornings. I actually stopped and changed my route to pass by another sonic instead. The people working the window often have the personality of a stump and never speak. A mere "thank you" or something would be nice. You don't even have to mean it. I always say thank you and often will say good morning when first get to the window. Being met with silence is infuriating.
Visited Christmas evening as ut was the one of the only places opened. This particular store was drive through and dine in only, no drive up like most Sonics. Still, the drive through moved quickly and my food was delivered to me in the car with still two cars ahead of me waiting to get their order. In and Out quickly....loved it!!
Order was so..so thr food was warm not hot.
The girl that passed me my food was unpleasant and I asked for easy ice since I am someone who doesn't like drinks super cold, the girl read my order back and I got a cup almost full of ice....No rush to go back to this Sonic!
The sandwich was terrible the worst I had ever got at a sonic
This location had dine in which was nice. Food was good.
