Always hot and taste great
Seriously one of the best fast food chains here in Mississippi! I can’t get enough! Great customer service in the drive thru. And the chicken is obviously famous all over tiktok and social media, for good reason!
Food was a 5 star. Interior of store was nasty for indoor eating. I know they stay busy but they really need to keep the inside much cleaner.
Won't be back anytime soon..long wait in line, but I didn't mind, it's to be expected at this location. Ordered the Box Combo and it had a burnt smell, taste to it. Used alot of sauce because hey I'm hungry. Finished my drink and opened the cup to eat the ice, found something on the inside of my cup. Don't recommend.
Tenders have gotten smaller. Cole slaw recipe should be changed. Frequency for cleaning tables, after patron usage, seems to be lacking. Food was hot (which is a plus). Music selections are disruptive. Soda/condiment station should be attended more frequently (disheveled and sloppy).
I have always loved Raising Cane's, and the tenders at this location didn't miss. Loved it! But the service was slow! Waited probably 10-15 min for our food. One thing I always liked about Raising Cane's was they were fast, even during lunch rush, but not this location. But the food was great!!
I normally love Raising Cane's, but the food wasn't the best today, my strips were dry, and French fries were not quite fully cooked. The line as always was super long, but it moved rather quickly, and the staff was friendly enough.
I'm not sure if this is all locations but if one person places two separate orders the store should be able to recognize that. I waited 30 minutes, 2 waves of people, and at least 5 other mobile orders, for an order that never came. I at least got my money back without having to ask.
Great as always. Never been to a Canes that I didn't enjoy. Very fast with getting my order to me and food was tasty.
This place never lets us down! Consistency is something a consumer really values. And this place is CONSISTENTLY an A+ in my book. It reminds me of a laid back Chick-Fil-A in respect to the service they provide but perhaps Raising Canes has a better quality of food, although much more of a limited menu. But that’s ok with me… because if It ain’t broke… don’t fix it. From the friendly service, to the fresh fried finger lickin chicken tenders (that are OMG good), to the speed in which they can move a long line, to the late hours they are open, and the fact that they always ALWAYS get the order correct…. will have this place hold a special place in my hunger heart forever and always!
