Never received my side salad after specifically asking for it twice. Asked for a refund and to remove tip. Spoke to manager, and no one including manager ever bothered to apologize. Worst service ever.
Great food and delicious desserts
This was a great place for breakfast. I really like the restaurants like this where you order at the front counter and then sit down to eat. I ordered the chicken honey biscuit with a side of butter grits. The fried chicken was crispy and good. The biscuit was tasty. I'm not a fan of grits but these were pretty tasty. Although my motto is everything is better with hot sauce. So, if there would have been a bottle of hot sauce on the table, for sure I would have put some on and expect the grits may have been great. The atmosphere was really nice, open, and airy.
Staff here are so thoughtful! Thank you for a great early morning breakfast ? I ordered a custom omelet with veggies and wheat toast, it was great. The vanilla coffee was not very good but loads of cream & sugar took care of it
The food was excellent but we had to wait a long time for our food. We were with 2 other people who got their food in a timely manner, everyone around us who came in after us had their food. When my mother and I finally got our food, the two other people with us were through. And mine was cold.
The first red flag was the overcooked chicken one of us had to send back. The chicken was fried so hard, we couldn’t tell what part of the chicken it was. Second red flag, my daughter in laws food didn’t arrive at table until we were all done eating. We requested manager to come over and all he tried to do was retake the order. He didn’t even apologize ? I won’t be returning…..?
Had lunch at Primos today, with my coworkers. All 4 of our orders were made wrong, kitchen needs to be more attentive.
Great food. The bakery is what really stands out here. Cool diner feel with incredible desserts. My omelette had a few wrong ingredients but they gladly made me another.
Mom loves to eat here. I recently stopped for breakfast and thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast bowl. I would definitely eat it again!
Food is great, 5 Star. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are all good southern style cooking. Typically very friendly staff. So why the missing 2 stars? The past three pick-up orders were missing items. If the rating was based solely on dine in it would be a sold 5 Stars. They need to do a better job of checking orders. Thanks for the reply Primos. Appreciate you reviewing accuracy with your staff. Will add the last star after a couple of correct take outs.
