I rated them a 2 because we went here because my 4yr old wanted red beans and rice. Well I bought her a kids meal with chicken and red beans and rice. My son had the chicken sandwich with fries. We get down the street and no fries in his bag. So I had to turn around and go back. I look in the bag and they put mashed potatoes in his bag instead of the fries. I get out go in the inside and tell them that we didn't order potatoes but fries and one of the staff memebers yell, "We are out of fries right now. It's a wait!" So they put mashed potatoes in the bag to move the drive thru because they had no fries cooked and thinking I would just drive off and keep going. So as I stood there, she hands me fries and says to have a nice day.
Inside closed still, sat in line for 45 min. Food was wrong fries instead of mashed potatoes, 3 pc dark but got a white brest they didn't give us our drinks.. 30$ wasted
This is the worst Popeyes I have ever been too. Service is slow..Food is not not fresh and not properly prepared..They have nasty attitudes when you ask for anything. I want be back too this location again.
Eleanor Ward is very unprofessional and rude. She proceeded to speak about me while the team member was still on the speaker . I told her I can hear you. She got on the speaker and was Very unprofessional and i won’t be returning!!!People like this shouldn’t be in management! I was there tonight at 7:10 pm
Clean. Fast service. Currently an A from health department. The staff are all super friendly.
Completely messed up the order after pulling up and waiting. Shorted us chicken and sides plus the chicken wasn't cooked right. This store normally gets the order right the few times I have stopped by so I didn't check it before pulling off. Left off 2 pieces of chicken and 2 sides. I checked the receipt and it was rang up correctly. Won't be going back anytime soon.
Placed a mobile order at 6:10 for a family meal to give them about 20 minutes to have it ready when I arrive. When I pulled into the drive through, they have no record of my order and ask me to pull into a curbside spot so they can make it. I wait another 30 minutes before going inside to see what the problem is. The manager says “all we can do is start making it now”. NOW. So, waited thirty minutes outside for nothing. That’s neat. They then proceeded to not make my order while helping every other customer that came through the drive thru instead. Waited an hour and a half and left for food that was never prepared and was already paid for. Not an ounce of customer service from the staff here. Do y’all do this to everyone that orders a family meal? Just hope if you ignore them long enough they’ll go away so you don’t have to be bothered? Shameful.
Was here to pick up a doordash order and forced to sit in drive-thru for over 20 minutes while my customers food was getting cold.... unacceptable
They asked me what sides I wanted. Everyone I wanted they were out of so I asked what they did have. Mashed potatoes and gravy was the only one. So I said why didn't you just tell me that instead of asking which ones I wanted?
Food has been fresh,HOT ,and good each time I have gone this month!
