I posted but seems it taken down. Short version I ask my Angela my server to make the show special for my daughter’s 13th birthday. No cooking show done at all, no happy birthday, I was half done with my hibachi meal before -appetizers or sushi arrived. Got rice before soup or salad, waitress gave less than 3 minutes once check was dropped off to ask for payment everything was rushed. I have eaten here 15yrs or more and won’t be back
Only draw back is place was Hot! Thermostat on 86 degrees.!
1st time visiting and we will be back.Our server was conscientious of our limited time (we were stopping by for a quick bite before catching a movie next door) and expedited our order without making us feel rushed. We had a pleasant experience in the sushi/express menu dining room, and the food was excellent! The sushi being made to order at the sushi bar looked like perfection and customers raved over theirs. We will return when we have more time to enjoy the hibachi side!

We had our 11 year old granddaughters birthday dinner here over the weekend. The service and hospitality was great. The food was fabulous. Thank me later.
Hands down the best sushi in Mississippi. No question. Always good and staff is friendly.Hibachi needs a tad bit of work compared to Yoko, but great overall.Highly recommend!!
Busy Tonight Line out door… But team got table clean and on in.. Just me so I set at Sushi Bar..Staff Nice Clean and food was more than Enough Great Place for Date Night on Friday Night
Both hibachi and sushi! Nice little place tucked away in a shopping center. The staff was very friendly and despite being super busy they were all very attentive. There is a sushi bar you can sit at and watch them make the sushi and there are 3 or 4 hibachi stations for groups. The draft beer was cold and the saki was hit and delicious! Definitely return.
Passing through area enroute to Kosciusko, MS. Decision: fast food or something eclectic? Try Osaka. Server, Dan-le, made for memorable experience. Engaging, informative, and the Bento box and Sushi most tasty and exquisite. Highly recommend.
After the second time dining here, it is safe to say that I believe, without a doubt, Osaka is the best sushi restaurant in and around Jackson. They have the largest, most impeccable rolls! The sake is always the perfect temperature, the service is always so lovely, the chefs do an outstanding job.. I can keep going! Everything is flawlessly clean, and the TERIYAKI! Oh my god the Teriyaki is to die for. Did I mention they have the largest most filling house rolls?! I can't wait until my next paycheck to go again. I shall go in debt. My only complaint is I wish there were mushrooms in the miso. The ONLY complaint. Please give Osaka a try! If the sushi side is anything to go by, i'm 100% sure their hibachi is excellent as well. 10/10! (My favorite is the Godzilla roll and the Beef Tataki so far). Happy eating, and don't forget to tip!
