I used to love this location! But it has definitely went down. I place my order when I got there it was no more then (7 other customers) still had to wait for 35 min. I assume they all went on break they seen I was still seating there and no one stop to ask was I okay are did I place my order are ask to check to see if my food was ready. I had enough and ask them! Where is my burger. I guess it was just sitting there. Got home and was even more disappointed. My burger was cold fries was cold and they only gave me like 7 fries. The taste was not the same. I was to tired to walk back in and ask for a refund. Just very disappointed. Could have save my money and cook my own burger and fries

I used to love this location. But now... I'd advise that you go to Pearl location. Seating is slow, service is slow, my food arrived cold, and my drink was not made right. Server was sweet and attentive, but doesn't make up for pricey cold food that you waited forever for We will head to Pearl location next time, but meals are still large enough for four of us eat for the price of two... #splittinburgers
Called a carryout order on evening of May 5, they said itll be ready in about 20 minutes. I showed up at mugshots 30 minutes after I placed my order, and it was not even started. The place was not even half-full but it still seemed understaffed. I was told by the host to go to the bar to pick up my food, but there was no worker who could help me for around 5-10 minutes. With the buildup of carryout orders, I decided to just go so.ewhere else. Maybe it'd be a different experience if we ate there, but I would never recommend ordering carryout or delivery (as 3 other waitr/uber eats drivers were also waiting for their food).
Food is good if you can order service is simply too slow. We waited 15 minutes at lunch before we had to hunt down a waiter
Food was good except my burger was not cooked thoroughly! I like my food well-cooked not red!
This place has apparently just reopened and still needs to work out some kinks. I met friends for lunch, arrived 11:25 a.m. we were promptly seated, drinks served and orders placed. 55 minutes later and I had to leave at without dining due to time constraints. Too slow for a burger and fries lunch.
Stuff was missing off my burger when the menu said everything it came with. The meat was nothing more than a frozen over cooked dry patty with zero flavor. Probably won’t be back. Kitchen needs to do better. Expected better and definitely not worth the money.
Johnathon was an amazing server. He made sure we were good and checked on us. There was an issue with the kitchen cross containing foods that were shellfish, but he got everything straightened and made sure we were good. Anytime you’re at the mugshots in Flowood, please ask for Johnathon .
