Curbside means you have to go in and wait like anyone who walks in and places an order. The cashier was just mopping when I came in. Made eye contact with me. Didn’t say anything. And kept mopping. Nothing. When I told the cashier I had an online order she said “no. That’s not right. Our online system is turned off.” Then miraculously found my order after seeing the order I placed on the tray behind her…one car in the parking lot for 20 minutes and order still took forever.
Came today with my wife and daughter. Took us 32 minutes to receive our appetizer and food. The man cleaning the tables apologized as he was also cooking as well. The server was rude telling me they are busy and really backed up. As a patron that is not my problem. The employee said the owner is cheap and will not pay a decent wage so this is why there was only 4 people working on a Saturday at lunch. RIDICULOUS
The past 2 times they've left things off that I ordered and didn't realize it until I drove 15 miles back home. If I wanted that kind of service I would have gone to bumpers 1 mile away
I found that the service was much better than it was for awhile there.
Just waited 40 minutes AFTER I ordered for my order. Y’all need to do better! I was not that busy in there.
They don’t answer the phone! I literally heard an employee say I’m not answering the phone, and stood there on her phone! That’s sad!
We went in this location yesterday. My daughter and I both ordered food, which came out in just a few minutes. Mine was correct but my daughters had all of the stuff on it that she asked to be excluded on the sandwich. She sent it back. We waited long enough that I had already eaten my whole meal and she still had not received her food back. Mind you, it was just the sandwich that needed fixing. We watched several people place their order and receive it shortly after. I finally went to the counter and asked about it. The girl working the counter asked the guy in the back. He says, “Yeah, it’s right here.” It had just been sitting there. She places it in my hand with never so much as an apology or a thank you or anything. That’s GREAT customer service right there, I tell ya!
11/22/2021 12:57 pmThey tell everyone in the restaurant their will be a 45 minute wait because of all the orders.... restaurant was half full maybe and staff was plentiful. Most everyone leaves which seems to be the effect they were looking for. Over half the table were empty. Poorly managed...
Do y'all even answer the phone?? I called 10 times and there was 2 free workers and nobody answered. What a joke.
I was going to write about the disappointing experience I recently had, but I see this store already has a bad reputation. I expected more. Sad!
