Not terrible but the staffing issues are really hurting them wait times and food prep times have increased a good bit.
Poor customer service. The young ladies were not at the front counter and as I waited, I could hear a good conversation from the back. Finally, someone came to assist me but gave me the wrong order. Ugh! Come on McAlister’s,
Took too long.. staff had no idea what they were doing. There were other customer who were complaining about ordering food 1.5 hour ago and it was still not ready.
The staff here is AMAZING! Always so friendly and helpful. Today I came a few minutes before opening, and the manager, Amanda, brought a tea to me outside because I had to go to work. Just the sweetest people. Thank you!!!
Ordered pickup, was ready quickly. No one was there at 6:00 in the evening customer wise which I found odd. And located in a tricky turn in spot.
I ordered a grilled chicken seasoned salad the only thing that was on the plate was the spine of lettuce nothing else not the first crumb of chicken nor the first crumb of cheese not even a crouton I will not be back no need and responding to the comment I will not email you I will not call you I will not come back to the location
Containers for salads now are horrid now. Once you place the dressing on your salad the entire container is soggy. Please go back to the plastic containers for the salads!!!
I had to rate 1 star because the bathrooms are disgusting!! ? Please correct this or have the Health Depertment pay you a visit. Horrible, precisely now that we're fighting a pandemic, everything should be clean
Came in to this location 30 minutes ago. Ordered soup to go and asked for club crackers. Sat and waited……and waited. I finally had to go up and yep….my order had been sitting there for quite a few minutes. Now let’s talked about the soup which I requested NO GREEN ONIONS on top. Guess what…..I got green onions on top. Asked for club crackers and I got more saltines than I got club. Poor service and definitely some attitude. I thought this place maybe had changed since the last time I was here but guess not. Funny thing is if you had a good manager this would not be happening so I blame it on poor management.
I enjoyed McAlister's King Club and Chicken Salad Sandwich.
