Arrived at 6:45 p.m. on a Friday night with a party of 8. Waited about 30 minutes and was seated at a table of 6 with two of our party in a nearby booth. The waitress who took our order was not assigned to our table, much to the dislike of the waitress who was. The craziest part was they skipped the salads and brought the entrees to only 5 of our group! The waitress said that they only could bring out 5 at a time no matter the size of the group. So we waited for awhile to see if the rest of our group would get their food, but ended up eating because it was getting cold. Then several of our orders were wrong or missing things. Some steaks were too seasoned. One steak wasn’t cooked enough and was inedible. Two of our group didn’t get their food until most of us had finished our meal. I was so disappointed in the lack of organization and kitchen management for a Longhorn Steakhouse! Some servers gathered and talked amongst themselves at the register They seemed upset about things going on in the restaurant. If there was a manager on duty, I never saw one. They could use a good manager!!!
Food: chopped steak and gravy was blandMushrooms for appetizers were good. That should have been my meal.Service: poorIt was my first visit to longhorn and there will be a longgg time before a second visit, if there is one. It seemed like a nice place. The ambiance and decor were nice. They had a huge crowd so clearly it is a popular pick for people. It's just not for me.

It was my 1st time going to this location, and I must say that I was thoroughly pleased!! The hostess and waiter were very friendly, and did a great job of accommodating us. The service was fast and the food was delicious! I'd recommend this location to anyone, and I'll definitely be going back!
My wife and I eat here often and we always have great food and great service. They have maintained great food and service even with the pandemic still in effect. Servers are very accommodating and pleasant! We love this location and always enjoy ourselves. I definitely recommend.
Wonderful place to eat for any occasion. 30 minute wait time for us that Saturday evening, but well worth it. Alot of food for the price. Best meal I've had in 2022 and very filling. Wish I'd taken pictures. Go check them out folks.
My family and I eat here often and we always have great food and great service. If there’s any issues with our food, they fix it right away with no problem. They have been able to maintain great food and service even with the pandemic. This past Sunday we had a much larger group, and they don’t put tables together. However, the gentleman that was the Manager that evening and our sweet Server were extremely accommodating and pleasant! In addition to that, the food and everyone’s service was perfect! We love this location and always enjoy ourselves. I highly recommend!
We have been to LongHorn in a few states, this location was by far the best!We have our favorites ...Parmesan Crusted Chicken, French Onion Soup( sooo good!) And the Mac and Cheese.We left feeling like we just ate some really good food!,It is in the higher price point but for a treat really worth it!
Ok, so I only gave 5 stars bc my food was good and the 2nd waitress! The waitress we had, she messed up the order so bad that 1 of my sorors' food didn't come out until we had finished eating. Apparently, she got fired, & they replaced her w/ the bartender! She kept this rating a 5 bc of her energy! She made up for all of it!
Little pre-Christmas lunch with the hubby.. the restaurant is just outside the shopping rush area, so no waiting and EXCELLENT service. He had a ribeye and said it was VERY TENDER and my steak salad was grilled to medium rare perfection!
