The atmosphere is nice, upbeat and happy. The restaurant is clean and the staff are friendly. However the food was not as satisfactory. The steak was not fresh. It tasted as tho it came from a frozen meat truck or something similar and the ribs, although very tender, were very bland and fatty. We did get fried mushrooms for an appetizer and they were very good as were the hot rolls. The service was average. If they would step up their meat quality and taste it would be on point.
Our server , TASHA , was wonderful! She came up with a smile, perky attitude, very pleasant. Our food was was for the most good. My French Dip sandwich was cold, but Tasha took it back got it fixed, (then the chips were cold and too hard) but I didn’t complain about that, as I didn’t really want them . If you go there see Tasha as your server ! A-1 .
I don’t recommend this place to anyone. Apparently they only seat certain people. Went to be seated and was told it would be 20-30 minutes. As I walk out people are walking in and are seated immediately. What’s up with that??? They will never get my business again!
Wouldn’t recommend this place for anything. Give us us went to eat today. Was told it would be 20 to 30 minutes before we could be seated. We asked for 2 separate tables for faster service. The hostess refused. We walked out and a truck pulls up, 4 people get out and they’re seated right away. Talked to the manager and he excused their behavior, all the while the hostess and a waitress were talking about us in the corner. Will never eat there again and certainly don’t recommend it.
Delicious food, fantastic value, great service. We had a bit of a wait to eat, but the dining area was clean, comfortable and spacious. My steak, slaw and green beans were delicious. The prices are great. I recommend this place.
Waited 30 minutes to be seated .Server did not have it together. Table beside us found hair in their salad then turned around to us talking about it before our entrees were out. Left my husband’s beer at the bar for 10 minutes after ordering . We had to remind her about it. Finally the food comes out cold to touch and raw. I’d save my money and eat a bologna sandwich at home. This place was nasty had flies in the window seal , tables tacky and all together bad service. I hate that I had to give you one star.
Logan’s WAS one of my husbands favorite restaurants. Now, he said he don’t know when he will ever be back. The food was ok. We had the ribs and chicken strips. The rolls were still really good. The service was poor. No welcome when we came in, the guy at the front desk just stared at us. The waitress did the bare minimum and it was not crowded. She seemed young, inexperienced and disinterested in giving us service.
Logan's a great restaurant but you can't fault them because their short staff which causes the waiting time but other than that their food to me is great. I love their burgers. I always get an extra patty to put on my burger which is just $3 extra and then it's a burger you can't open up your mouth enough to bite ? I love it. The wings are good and their not those half cooked wings that I do not eat . Our server she was very sweet and so polite
Late lunch and appeared to not be busy. Long wait after being seated, long wait for soft drinks. Finally asked another waitress for rolls. Never got salads. After another long wait husbands steak was brought out the rarest (nearly raw) I’ve ever seen. It had been ordered medium well! Called for manager and she said” we will cook it up for you”. It finally came back when I was finished eating. Never got steak sauce or sour cream for potato. Was given 50 percent off. It wasn’t even worth this much! We were very patient and made the effort not to be rude but won’t be back to this restaurant.
This is located in the heart of the South, Mississippi. The food was absolutely great. The prices were affordable. The decor was a rustic theme with many whatnots displayed through out the restaurant.The staff did greet us and the waiter was kind. However, our waitress did not check on us throughout our stay until she brought the bill.(It was not busy, limited customers)I would have rated it more stars had we not seen the indian female staff braiding a white female staff hair around the dining area where customers was eating. Management was informed.
