First time visiting Jersey Mike's and it was very good. I ordered something that I could reference at other places so I got the Original Italian. It was very good and I'm glad I made the trip.
I had points to redeem a free regular. They made the sandwich, When I get to check out and try to use my points it would not work, I was informed that corporate was doing something and not accepting points today, I showed the employee my points and he verified I did have enough points for a free regular. I told them to cancel my order, instead of honoring or discounting it I watched them throw the whole sandwich out in the trash. Wow.
Best sandwich I have ever had. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Very fast as well. Ill be back alot
I ordered a Reg#9 (Club Supreme) and it was literally the best sandwich I've ever had!The bacon is actually crispy!I've worked at several sandwich shops in my youth.. but after finding Jersey Mike's, I don't even bother with the other local places.
our food is always good and hot every time we order! I usually just order on the app.today was the first time we ever ordered inside, and though it felt cramped, it was alright. we got out fairly fast considering there were quite a few people ahead of us.I also have never had any issue ordering on the app, its always made right and done before I get there. overall a great place with great food!
This was my favorite location as it’s not too far from my house, but I don’t know anymore. My food was good. But as i was paying for my things, the white guy that was working the grill and using his phone, came to the sandwich line, and picked up a sandwich with his bare hands. I paid and left but I will not be ordering pick up again.
Closest thing to Lenny’s Subs that I missed so much. They have pepper relish. They go heavy on the oil and vinegar. At first I thought it was a new trainee issue, but at both locations I went to they went heavy on it. Makes the Sammy soggy real quick so you have to eat right away. No time for pics.That and I was hungry ?. Haven’t tried any hot sandwiches yet. I had great service at both Madison/Flowood locations. Accepts quick pay.Madison is on 51 next to Mazzios and the Flowood location is at mall behind Chick-fil-A.
I ordered two wraps through the app. Maybe that's where I went wrong. The order was correct but the food was really skimpy. For my chicken bacon wrap there was way more tortilla than filling. I took my wrap and removed the excess and re rolled the wrap. More of a taco than a wrap. My husband has been here before and had a good experience which is why we went but this time was not great at all. We will give them another shot. Next time we will go on and order. Not that it should make a difference. An order is an order.
Best sandwich and sub in a tub when you do not want the bread. The meats and veggies are really fresh tasting. I really like that they will customize your order. The online order is not as customizable so I mostly go to the store. When I am there, there is not much traffic as most of the orders are to go.
