Went by on the way home to Philadelphia and picked up dinner. When I got home everything was burnt! Like how could you give someone something like this as much as things cost these days!!! Just terrible!! But I should of canceled when I walked in and it was slow but everything was dirty. They were just standing around talking. Never will I stop here again!
Horrible customer service, horrible portions. I waited over 30 minutes, for an online order I placed 30 minutes before I even got to the restaurant. It took 20+ minutes before my presence was acknowledged, as I watched ppl who got there after me, get their food before me. Also gave barely any sauce for the pancakes that we paid an extra $8 for. Definitely will be my last time being a patron at this “establishment”
We made a 10 o'clock reservation for Father's Day and our family got there at 9:55 and told we were skipped. I don't know how that can be but that lady in the front didn't know what she was doing.
Food was good. Our server was wonderful!! They were short staffed but communicated with us and other patrons to ensure accurate expectations. But that being said, she was very attentive to our needs and constantly checked in.
I ordered my food through the app and have waiting 30 minutes while others that have been here 10 minutes or less have been getting their food. We ordered less than what I’ve seen going out to people. We were dining in too. Definitely not coming back. Worst experience I’ve ever had out at a restaurant. Also what didn’t help is the staff ignoring us and our waitress we had not wanting to help serve us after figuring out we had an online order to eat in.
This place is in dire need of employees, Friday night and it was Garrett our server and one cook who was the manager David. That’s insane! A restaurant with only 2 employees on a Friday?! They handled it really well and food was awesome despite them having over 7 tables at a time one of them with over 8 people, they gotta be the special forces of the restaurant business 10/10
Clean restaurant, however, service was the worst I have EVER received anywhere! Food was cold when we finally received, an hour and fifteen minutes after being seated. Was never asked did we need a refill on our drinks, and the bad thing was, they weren't even busy! Guess they just didn't want to wait on anyone that day...the two couples that left the same time we did said they had the same problems, and they would NEVER come back to this IHOP! Would give them a negative star if I could!
Waited 20 minutes for a table and our waiter never came after 20 more minutes so we ask Jordan the man that seated us for drinks when he came by and seen our waiter hadn't even came over so Jordan took our order the food came out promptly but was cold Jordan kept asking if we needed more coffee or drinks about every 5 minutes Jordan was great and we appreciated his help I think that they should give this man a raise it was our first time there we will have to think about coming back if we do. Again JORDAN was great so we left him a healthy tip.
I ordered my food online curbside at 5:38pm. It confirmed my order would be ready at 6pm. I arrived at 6:11pm according to the text. I sent my son in because I thought the link didn’t let them know I was waiting. They told him it wasn’t ready and curbside was around back. I pulled around back to only sit and wait even longer for no one to come out. I decided to go in after another customer arrived to get there food. No one was in site at first, then a waiter asked if we were waiting on an order and what was the name. I told her and she went to the back for the next waitress to come out and pick my food up from the pick up inside side of the restaurant. I was not pleased with my food it was cold and you can tell from the pictures it had been sitting for a while. I ordered a Colorado and a ham and cheese omelet along with some other food that was cold as well, according to the picture that was not what I received. I spent $64.24 and wasn’t pleased at all! I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with my order along with the amount of time I had to wait.
The food was delicious but it looked like they are in desperate need of help. The place was almost empty & it took us 15 min to get seated. One girl doing almost everything. Forgot to take pics but as I said food was great
