The food is good, the service is ok. The price is a little above the average but the bad thing is that they charge you 15% gratuity. I will not return, tip or gratuity is not a forced payment. I strongly believe in tipping but not a forced one.
Went today and the kids price was suppose to be for ages 4-11. They charged my 11 year old as a adult! Wouldn’t listen to me that he was 11!
Parking lot was clear and clean. Adequate parking and has designated handicapped parking. We waited about 1 minute to be seated in a booth. The lunch crowd was dying down but still moderately busy.The food was fresh, I noticed the staff refreshing on a regular basis. The buffet selection was great, and offered just as many selections for those counting calories or on restricted diets as deep fried and high calorie content food items. Fresh fruit was also available. I chose the pineapple and it was sweet and delicious.Our server was attentive and visible cleaning of tables and floors was noticeable in other areas of the restaurant . The staff wore gloves and mask.The restrooms were decent. They were clean and no noticeable unusual odors, trash receptacles were being emptied and not running over.Overall it was very nice and the staff were very pleasant.
This used to be my all time fav place to visit when I came to town. But unfortunately they raised their prices and lowered their quality. There is now more rice than sushi on each sushi roll and instead of actual rice noodles, they use spaghetti noodles in the lo mien.
The food was hit and miss with freshness. The reason I'm leaving 3 stars is for cleanliness. The ice cream bar is self serve and because of the way its designed, it's hard to dip from. I watched from my table 3 different people be extremely unsanitary with the ice cream. The restaurant needs to either have someone to serve it or redesign the bar where it's located. I personally won't be going back but I know several people who just skip ice cream and enjoy the other food.
The presentation was exquisite, but the recipes not so much. Went for the crab rangoons, I ate one (usually I devour 10). I enjoyed the fried zucchini. I would not come back unless I heard they hired a different chef.
One of the best Chinese Restaurants and Japanese Steakhouses I have ever eaten at in Mississippi. They have two in the Flowood Area and both of them are great. One of them is a Chinese Food Restaurant. And, the other one serves as a Japanese Steakhouse. Specializing in sushi and crab rolls. However, both of them are great. And, I've eaten at both restaurants several times. However, therefore; I can say that the Chinese Restaurant is the cheaper of the two. It specializes in buffets and carryout plates. While the Japanese Steakhouse specializes in celebrations, social events, promotions, graduations, family gatherings, congratulations, and etc. ??

All the dishes were well presented. A lot of choices. Entrees were presented in small amounts in serving dishes. Discouraging seconds of entrees. Went big on the fried food and high calorie dishes.
