Super disappointed, their Vietnamese Iced Coffee is just milk. District Donuts has a legit Vietnamese Iced Coffee if that’s what you’re going for. Can’t say I’ll be back.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Will not be back. Had 5-6 employees all standing around talking and playing. orders were just sitting while they caught up on their phones. Employees children running in and out of the kitchen. Took almost an hour to get our 4 ice creams. Y’all don’t waste your time or money here.
Rolled Ice cream is great. I really love the poke bowls here more then at other places because the rice is hot, fish and sauce tastes good, and you can choose toppings. However, it usually takes a long time for them to make poke bowls even with not many ice cream orders or sometimes they said for for 20 min to make rice… so it seems to be more trouble then it’s worth. Maybe they should have a separate sushi and poke bowl business.
I came into this place last weekend and although it was heavily busy one of the workers wearing a LA hat was very entertaining to watch roll ice cream. Also the young lady taking orders was very nice and helpful. 10/10
When it first opened i got rolled ice cream that I was excited to wait for. The new employees are rude and do not care about what they serve customers. Its sad this use to be my favorite place to get ice cream.
We left & went to Sonic down the road. It was 3 customers in there & was still gonna be several hours to wait we were told. I may try on the coast but I’m not allowed to here if it’s not enough workers.
Loved it so much, they're so nice and chill and I got my drink pretty fast. I tried boba for the first time and it was pretty sweet. Also they have sushi so I already love it. I'll have to try it though next time I'm there, they have a huge variety of sushi and drinks and you can also custom make a drink.
The moment I walked In, the worker Lilo, greeted us with a smile. She made great small talk and even offered a free drink before we left. We ordered rolled ice cream which she did a wonderful job on. The best customer service I’ve ever seen. Can’t wait to go back, I hope I see Lilo again. ??????❤️❤️❤️
