This is usually my go-to pizza place but they were terrible. I was told twice that it would be 10 more minutes, the third time I went in it was discovered that they hadn't even started my order. Fortunately, one of the drivers was willing to help me but the manager on duty never even acknowledged me. No offer of discount or anything, just give us 15 more minutes. Ridiculous!!
This was a surprising disappointment. We have ordered from this domino’s several times and it has been our favorite! Tonight, however, was a really bad experience. We ordered online for delivery…. We waited. Waited… we called after 45 minutes and the young lady was very sweet, apologetic. Thirty minutes later we did get our order after my son went out to flag the driver. By then we were over our hunger. The pizza was barely warm:( hardly any chicken on the Chicken Bacon Ranch.. so disappointed. At least the cheesy bread was ok. I never complain and I truly understand the pressures the industry is facing. Still.. an hour after our order was checked for quality control we received a lukewarm pizza:(
Staff nice. Tried jalapeño chicken bites instead of pizza..pretty good. Did not like breading on chicken
Every time I order the pizza gets worse. Please learn to cook a pizza. The bread was dry and cold. The cheese was BurnedI don’t know why I keep trying. It’s always a hit and a miss whether it’s a good pizza

Customer service was great, but there are no green peppers or extra cheese on my pizza.
My wife and I really enjoy eating the pizza that we order from the location closest to our house.
So super unprofessional I called about 11pm to place an delivery order and was told tht my order would take 2 hours to arrive whn I live about 10 mins frm the store but thts not it whoever the man was that answered the phone lied because online told me 45 mins for my food , also I used to wrk for dominos and since they close at 12 he was just telling me that so that I wouldn’t place an order , smh I’m a Gm at another company and if it were my store it would be a no no we take calls until the time we lock our doors someone needs to contact me about this I would have expected something like this in Jackson but not In Flowood …..
