This is the worst Dairy Queen I’ve ever been in. Rude staff. Quick food, but was overshadowed by the rude attitude of the staff. The short girl with long hair was very rude. She dropped ice cream off at our table as soon as we got our food (asked for it to be later), and then quickly ran off with nothing said. You could tell the staff was not trained well and some had no idea what they were doing, as it took forever for our order to even get put in in the first place. If I could give it 0 stars, I would.

Visited here for an oreo and m&m blizzard. It is still the same. Nothing has changed about the taste. I love it. I did wish there were more cookies in it. My 4yr old loved it as well. That was her treat for helping boost someone's car off. (Really got her being patient until I got done.) We will be back!
I waited for 5 mins and there was 3 women I counted. Not one of them said anything to me. I was ready to order… it wasnt a busy time so idk why they couldn’t even say I’ll be with you in just a minute… I left and went somewhere else. Thanks for nothingBtw floors are sticky
I have to say the girl at the window was so nice. Smiling and polite.
Great location. Service was prompt. Made my sundae just the way I enjoy it. Dining area was clean and room temperature wasn't too cold.
For starters took 10 mins for someone to take my order when I was the only one in line at the time then finally got my order taken then had to wait another 25 mins before they brought me my food. Then to top it off afterwards 3 male employees step into the play area (right beside where my son and I are eating) to have a very unappealing argument that we could hear and see it was very unprofessional and definitely not the time to do that with customers still in the lobby.
I have always love the Ice Cream Deserts and Even Hamburgers etc that You get from Dairy Queen!! My favorite is Peanut Parfait, Um Um Good!! But the reason I gave only a 3 star rating is this one bad experience last Sunday evening. I ordered peanut Parfait at the drive up window, little over $5.00!! Later that night looking at internet banking I discovered another over $ 10.00 charge from Dairy Queen, I contacted my bank the next day and found out the second charge was at another Dairy Queen that same evening, I've tried calling Dairy Queen in Flowood several times to find out what's going on and never get an answer!! I've called the Corporate Office concerning the matter, The money I lost is not all that bad but if it was a Fruadulent Activity going on It Desperately Needs To Be Addresed!! Hopefully it was an Honest Mistake But If Not There Needs To Consequence!!
Good but cost way way too much
I ordered 2 kids meals, only got one ice cream at first. Was told to pull over while they fixed our food, which was not a long wait thankfully. Asked for our other ice cream & honey mustard that was not in the bag. Then my bacon burger w/ onion had NO bacon on it, but definitely had onion.
