Killer double shot cortado. Their espresso is strong and smooth. Barista Susan has been here for years and knows your “usual” when you walk up to the counter. It’s a place where they know your name.
I walked in one hour before they closed requesting a frappe. I was told they just put something away so I could not get one. This is the second time I have walked in after work to get a frappe and was told they could not make me one. No offer to make me anything else. I will not be back to the Cups by dogwood.I drove across town to another Cups location and they did not have any problem at all making the frappe I asked for and it was 15 minutes before closing time. I highly recommend the cups on old Canton Road.
The service we received was very cold, huffy and rude. The lady working up front...Long haired, brunette....HORRIBLE customer service...need to be kind to complete strangers, possibly? Hope this was not the owner.
The owner is an exceptional human! The coffee rocks face! Whether stopping through or residing in the area come down today!
Gave it a shot because Starbucks was closed. It is the most bitter coffee I have ever tasted. Ordered a Latte and two cold brews, both are so bitter we can’t drink them. It’s awful. Spent $20 just to toss it in the trash. I wouldn’t recommend.

On Friday the guy at this cups location wasnt doing anythig right i ask him to rinse my sister coffee cup out it was like he didnt want to do an i was telling the guy how to make my dister blonde coffee charge me for everything i was tellin my sister an i always come there an theres always two girls there who always care how our coffee is made but not this day the guy acted like he didnt want make our drinks i told him my sister coffee feel hot he told me it may be the cup that feel cold so im not sure what mode he was in but it wasnt right what he did the other crew at cups are very nice n caring
Sweet little coffee shop, comfy furniture, good assortment of freshly made baked goods and a healthy, but tasty packaged protein bar. Most importantly, the staff are kind. I’m sorry I didn’t get the name of the person who helped me on Thursday, but I was passing through on my way home after Ida. I was tired and anxious and still had no power at home. Your barista made me feel welcomed and helped me sort my way on the map. Right as I was leaving your shop, I learned the power was back on at home, they celebrated with me. I cried when I got in my car. Please thank them for me.
Excellent service. Coffee drinks are meticulously prepared with high quality benchmarks. Every single experience I have had at this location over past 6 years has been positive.Best Cups of all of them!
