Dining room was locked with the workers sitting at the door staring at me. Why?? Instead I go through the drive through and order four of the same items, three of which are ketchup and mayo and one just ketchup. I repeated the order after some confusion three times at the speaker. When I pull up to pay, the order is incorrect and the worker asks me again what I want. It takes an additional three times of asking and repeating back to me incorrectly to get anywhere. Finally, a very nice lady steps in and asks if she can help and she completes the order correctly.

I just wanted to take a moment to give high praises to Burger King in Flowood on Castlewoods blvd! I eat here a minimum of 3 times a week and they are always on point! Never get my order wrong, fast, friendly and omg my food is so fresh and hot! I’m extremely grateful for them! Keep it up!
This location is on a corner, but not so easy to get into. Can't make U turn, have to drive down road then turn into next parking lot, double back across large parking lot and up hill into BK driveway to arrive. Woman manager has always been grumpy last 2 years. Place is often short staffed. When I pointed out my dislike of how I was treated, manager argued back defensively instead if apologize. I go because of menu favorite and distance of 25 miles from my house. If another BK was closer I wouldn't go here because of that staff issue alone. Still have dine in closed to public despite so many other restaurants being open for dine in now. The orders are always accurate and food is made correctly, but human element is poor and needs new manager. The young staff seem to do well at their jobs. Feel bad for them and understand why turn over us high there. Get new manager please.
Food is always cold. A shame it's a good burger when prepared right.
I've gone here a few times and each time the staff has been friendly with me, and the food has always come out quickly and fresh. The workers who have given me my food have always been nice with me, always making time to listen and chat with me about working in food service and problems being faced at the moment. Regardless, always nice to me, which I greatly appreciate.

I do not know what has happened to our Burger King in Brandon Mississippi.I arrive there at 10:30, the time that they are supposed to start serving lunch. I had been craving a Whopper so I was ready to eat. When I pulled up to the drive-thru to order, I was told that they were setting up for lunch and to come back in about 20 minutes.I found something to do and arrived back 25 minutes later, at 10:55 am. I was told it would be about another five minutes before they were ready. I pulled away and sat in the parking lot for 5 minutes and came back a few minutes after 11 am. I was told that it would be about five minutes before they were ready.I responded that this was my third time to come through the drive-thru and asked if they would serving customers today. The very nice lady explained that she was by herself and there was a lot to do but she should be ready in about 5 minutes. I asked her if it was okay if I just hung out here at the drive-thru, to which she responded that that was okay. About five minutes later she took my order. I brought my order home with me to eat while watching a movie. Come to find out, I did not get the Whopper that I had ordered. Instead I've had been given a junior cheeseburger. All that being said, be sure to check your order before you drive out of the lot.
