Food was good, server was great. Atmosphere is nice but a little noisy.
I'm basing my reviews on the last two times I've been. The first time I went, we were seated almost immediately. Once we had ordered was a different story. We waited for an hour before our wings ever arrived. The second time was a little better. We were seated immediately. It didn't take nearly as long to get our food this time. Each time the food was good. The loaded ice cream is amazing. I don't normally get a dessert. (I'm full from the dinner or lunch.) But I decided to get a dessert this time. I'm glad i did. I might be back in there just for the loaded ice cream.
Just left and will not be returning for a while. Food was cold and there was a hair in the nachos. Sent it back apologetically (weren’t trying to be a pain) and they brought back the sampler appetizer even colder than it was the first time. Wings were warm but not hot. No apology or check in to make sure things were right. Just not a great experience and the food wasn’t worth the price. The last couple times we’ve been it hasn’t been great either.
The worst experience I have ever had at a BBW. Food was literally glued to the box. Customer service wasn't bad. But who ever is was working the kitchen on 4/10/22 between 5 -7 needs to be properly trained or fired.

Now, to the order my daughter placed on the App to bring home to mom and dad, the wings were textured like they were cooked the day before. I’m very disappointed with the money spent in your establishment the service was like service you would serve an animal.
We had a group of 32. It was a Saturday night, but they worked quickly to get us accommodated. They got the basketball team seated together and then split the adults into 5 tables in another section. Service was great.
Stesha was great! She provided suggestions for appetizers, as my friend was very indecisive on account of being far more famished than usual. Everything came out fast and my beer was never low without being check on! Will be back!
