the workers are so lazy and can’t make simple drinks . do better
I ordered snappy turtle sundae. They said they only had chocolate left. I asked them to get me chocolate mud sundae. After getting it and paying for it, I came home to find out there was crushed oreo and chocolate chips inside liquid cream. Immediately after calling them back, they told me to come back tomorrow and ask for another one.Anyone can get an ice cream or sundae from grocery store. I think we all go to these places and pay more money for experience.People working in the restaurants even demand tips which I think most of us give generously. But after all that if this is what happens, do I really want to take my family to these places?!This happens a lot in this area around because no matter what they put in even though it doesn’t even remotely resemble the intended food order we just eat it.
We keep coming back for their sugar free options. For health reasons my son can't have sugar so this a great way for him to have a treat. Thank you guys. Now can we expand those flavors? Please and thank you.
Never again. Over $15 for 2 snappy turtles that were basically nothing but whipped cream with some nuts. They have been steadily going down hill and thus was the last time. We won’t be back.

I love Bops, but this location is being run by kids who don’t know how to take orders or make the desserts on the menu. Won’t be back. And my concrete was halfway full.
I will NEVER go to this location again. The gentleman that took our order was rude and never got the order right. His nails were so dirty and was touching our ice cream. we sat at the window for over 20 minutes before someone ever said anything.
I have only been here once, but it was one awesome visit! The limited summer edition s'mores concrete was to die for. They are open late for late night sugar cravings. I would totally order from this Bop's again!
