Had another group of people come in behind me and I was COMPLETELY ignored... went outside to sit in the car and cool off so I didn't say something stupid.... came back in CONTINUED to be ignored had almost rudely wave at someone to get there attention so I could get some ice cream.... what a pathetic location don't waste your time here
4/23/22 @ 715pm We went for a few scoops and hot fudge. It was a great experience. The staff was well informed and attentive. The young lady who assisted us was very engaged and was clearly interested in making our experience a memorable one. She succeeded It’s been a while since we were there; the weather is getting better. We will return often!! Thank you.
a bunch of kids running this place has poor customer service why have a job if you don’t want to work? “Not it” is apparently something you guys like to say on the regular. Hire people who actually want to work ??♀️
I placed a order for my sons birthday cake 1 week in advance and on the day of his birthday my son had no cake because this place didn't do there job I do not recommend this place to no one

ordered a cake on october 22,2021 for my kids birthday . on october 23,2021 i went to pick it up because website said 24 hour pick up, custom orders are available . when i got there i was told they didn’t have the cake, the cake specialist wouldn’t be in til nov.1 i was also told i couldn’t get my money back i had to call customer service. keep in mind my kids birthday party is on october 23,2021. don’t order from here unless you want a birthday ruined. i would of gave a 0 but it wouldn’t let me.
My sister and I love this Baskin-Robbins! I especially love the sweet lemon ice cream and the orange dream ice cream, but all the flavors are delicious! I reccomend getting it in the waffle cone; it's to die for! When I worked in the area, it was an unusual choice for my lunch break, but a great one nonetheless!

Do not order a cake from this Baskin Robbins! Our cake was COMPLETELY wrong and there was zero recourse to fix it. There was no manager or decorator available and the very young staff although seemingly contrite offered no effort to make things right leaving us with a very sad 4 year old ON his birthday. We even tried calling a number of bakeries to try to fix their mistake with no luck. I finally ended up with the incorrect cake, the kit and the idea to try to fix it myself for $9 off.
