First time we've visited in a while. The play area was clean and my daughter had fun.
2nd time in 2 visits I’ve gotten the wrong order ?
I bought #9 combo around 11 am. The burger wasn't how I ordered it. I didn't notice til I made it home and I didn't feel like driving back at the moment. I took the ENTIRE meal back around 2:30 and asked for it to be remade correctly. While waiting I'm hearing the MANAGER use PROFANITY! I hear her ask an employee what time is on the receipt and when she looks at it she catches an attitude and shakes her head! I asked her was it a specific time for me to bring it back?!?! She ignored me and kept walking. My food was placed in the SAME bag!!! I then ask for a cup for my drink. At first the manager said NO, and at that point I didn't want it anymore, so I handed them the food back and asked for a refund. But then she decided to give me a cup. The employee that handed it to me was passing it to me then stopped and turned around as if I didn't want it and was laughing while doing it! Another employee had to literally tell her to give me the cup!!! She said I was acting like I didn't want it!!!! I told her, "no, you was just too eager to be sarcastic with me for no reason!!!!! I will NEVER go back!!! This place isn't professional at all!!! I see why they don't have a lot of business!! It's ran very poorly and the owners need to hire a whole new staff!!!!! The cook with the blonde dreads and the employee that wears the glasses was the only ones that was courteous!!
Always a good mid to high priced fast food place, with the best seasoned fries of all.
The cashier was very rude and short-tempered. I couldn't give her my order without her Rudely interrupting me, she got my order wrong three times and it still wasn't correct. I paid for swiss cheese that I still didn't get on my sandwich, my burger was very dry and overcooked, no pickles on my sandwich eventho it was advertised on the sign. I asked for ketchup and mayo and she aggressively shoved it in my hand and slammed the drive-thru window walking away. Please do better Back Yard Burger.???
Poor service through drive-thru! Had to go back due to basic dressings and condiments left off burger and staff seemed to be having a bad day. I will definitely not go back to this location.
I was the only customer here and they served me burned fries. I asked them if they could make some fresh ones and the manager just took the old ones out of my hand and threw them in the trash. Didn't say a word to me. Then when she handed me the fresh ones, I said "thank you very much". Again she didn't say a word. She just turned around and walked off. I got this order to go and I am already dreading what the burger is going to be like. As I was the only customer here, it is probably old and cold.
Really wish I could rate worse we went to the drive through and had to pull up to let them know we were there and the response we got was “something must be wrong with the mic” but she looked officially tired or was high one! She was just rude Poor customer service( the girl with the nose rings)
Let me start off by saying I drove up to the speaker after waiting in line for about 15-20 minutes being the last car in line about 9:20 on a Friday evening for them to tell me please hang on so I did I gave him their time about 10-15 minutes later they come back on the microphone and told me we're sorry we're not taking anymore orders tonight so I proceeded to ask them why they didn't tell me that before making me wait 15-20 minutes didn't they proceeded to tell me it would take 10 minutes to cook burgers so they weren't going to take any more orders for burgers cuz there was only three people working in the restaurant on a Friday evening. I thought they closed about 10:30 11:00 on a Friday night. That's all I want to McDonald's and went back by there and they were taking orders so yeah skip this place
