Went through the drive thru this morning, placed order and was told to go park in the parking lot, I guess they just forgot about my order because there was only one person in line behind me, they left immediately and ten minutes later I left or risk being late for work. I called them several times and no one answered. I ordered 4 things only, I don't understand why I was even asked to park. So thats $7 and change gone because they wouldn't answer the phone so I could tell them to put it back on my card. Anyway, my lesson learned, they are great for lunch or dinner but I'll go elsewhere for breakfast.
Little slow getting orders out and moving there drive threw line food was good all tho I ask for no lettuce on one of my sandwiches and they still put it on there

The number 9 is my favorite I love it makes my mouth water to think about it. The guy at the window and on the mic to take the orders was very nice although he did forget our straws and then we had to go back for catch up that we asked for it the speaker. But no complaints about the food ever readings always pleases whenever it comes to their food.
Love the burgers and fries!! The chicken nuggets seemed like they were missing something but had really good fries!!! I always eat Wendy's when I go to my orthopedic and it was great! Best bacon Jr cheeseburger ?
I waited in the drive thru line for 30 minutes before ordering, due to them dealing with door dash customers. Then when I finally made it to the dang window they were out of all the drinks. ?
My normal thought process isn't to give a fast food restaurant a five-star review. However, I want to give a big shout out to the staff here at Wendy's. During my lunch I waited in a standard long line and one of my items was missing after going through the drive-thru. I noticed it was missing before I left but couldn't possibly wait in that long line again , and due to COVID they do not allow walk-ins. I called up the restaurant and one of the employees was nice enough to bring it out to me in the parking lot. It might seem trivial but considering the staffing issues everyone is experiencing and how busy they were, I greatly appreciate how fast they responded.
It sucked they advertise there new fries, hot an crispy I was passing through an I love fries these fries were cold of course I was down the highway to late to go back I couldn't eat them just gross an really disappointed back to McDonald's...
Always fast service. Hot and fresh food!!
Drive through is designed so you can’t leave if someone pulls behind you. At first I thought they were shortstaffed but when I pulled up, I could see three workers joking around. Person taking order was hateful.
