Ate here about 6 months ago and was extremely disappointed in the food. Wait staff has always been super friendly. Decided to try again today since not much was offered today and was blown away by the steak this time. Cooked superb and seasoned perfectly. Didn't even need to use the sauce I asked for.
We celebrated my grandma Neale’s 101st birthday there. The staff and food was wonderful. We we are planning her 102nd birthday there too! Thank you, you are her favorite restaurant.

Best catfish I have had in the area. Large thick fillets. I liked these grilled, lemon pepper catfish fillets more than any catfish I've ever had at Hagy's Catfish Hotel Restaurant.

Ordered fried pickles, they are the nastiest pickles I have ever had! Tasted burnt and very spicy. So thin they just crumbled. Also, ordered creamed spinach, way too watery. The only good thing in my order was the catfish. It was good, not too salty like other places in town. I would order catfish again, only if I could order without any sides.
I highly do not recommend the hamburgers or hamburger steaks at all. My father and I was in corinth and stopped here because by the menu pics posted on here the food looked like it would be really good, but ours was NOTHING like we thought it would be. The burger itself was burnt black, so burnt that it was crunchy and had nothing but a burnt taste. Tried picking all the burnt off the outside but the inside was pink. Ordered my mother a hamburger steak to go when we placed our order.Told the waitress we was not satisfied when she ask if everything was OK. She said she would reduce the price and gave us a different ticket which was the exact same amount as the other one. Got home and my mom threw the hamburger steak out to the dogs because it was the same way. Burnt on the inside and raw on the inside. Slaw was slimey. I do not recommend buying a burger or hamburger steak from here at all. Ended up paying 34.00 for 2 order of fries and 2 sweet teas ?
terrible experience. food was not prepared on the buffet as advertised. the fillet fish was undercooked and extremely rationed out. we waited and waited for fresh fish and shrimp to be brought out to buffet,but they never refilled any of it. wasted $52 on that experience.
I ate there fish for lunch absolutely delicious. Also. Lunch plus gratitude was $10.10. service very good. Can't beat the price. I did drink water. They also have buffet with a great viriaty of vegetables and chicken.
