Had a great experience with this store. At the end of a long trip, they were more than accommodating. I stopped in late Saturday right at closing. When I pulled in to order. Right away they let me know they had a limited menu. I've never had that happen. You usually aren't told u til your at the pick up window. It makes a big difference to know ahead of time. Really nice staff.
I ordered cookies just to be told that I would have to take them home and microwave them ? That they were frozen... I thought that when you order cookies from a fast food place that they should be hot and cooked not frozen. Will not come back to Popeyes.
They have no respect for others. They wouldn't even take our order in the drive-thru even though they are obviously open. I don't see how people over there can stand to be so rude.
You can dine in but the place is a mess. Workers have their personal things all scattered over different tables. Nothing is stocked as in motivating you to take it to go.
Where do I even start. First, I sat in the drive thru for ten minutes or more at the speaker just waiting to order. When I finally put in my order, which was a 3 piece chicken tender combo and a single chicken sandwich, I pulled to the window where I'm told my order was $12.40. WHAT?? Am I being charged for my time in line or what?! Then, if things weren't bad enough, I had to park and wait 30 minutes or longer to get my food! This was my first ever visit to Popeyes and it will most definitely be my last! The long wait for overpriced, mediocre food was a waste??
Cold food served after a 10 minute wait and I paid for 3 Mardi gras sauce and didn't receive not one of them during the evening shift the monday before last. Horrible customer service.
Expensive for the quality and amount of food. The wait time was extremely long. I will never go back to this restaurant . I can not in good Conscience recommend this restaurant to anyone.
Good food and good service usually reflects management competence. Obviously this manager is incompetent. Went to KFC close by and it was wonderful food and service.

Absolutely the slowest Popeyes around. Bathrooms were fifty. I know getting employees to work these days is hard, but it's always been that way. We are from out of town and thought we'd give it another try. Sorry, last try.
