Stopped for a quick breakfast biscuit and I met two people walking in wearing identical hats. I started talking to the older gentleman when he told me that the younger girl was his daughter. He and his wife adopted her and his wife had passed a couple of years ago and his daughter was his everything and all that he had left. He agreed when I asked if I could take their photo. I wanted it to remember his heartfelt story that really touched my heart ❤️. As I got back in the car, I asked my wife if she wanted to have another kid, but she said at 69 years old that I would love to be happy with our three babies that we had (dogs).? ??
We been in road all day decided to stop at 3pm. Couldn’t get anyone to wait on us… one of the workers was even at register to wait on coworker… after coworker left the cashier left register. Worker in drive looked right at us… nothing. We walked out after waiting for several minutes. Wil take our business elsewhere
Was cleaner than some. Very helpful people carried my order to the car
Not always bad, but tonight was really bad. Little guy handed our food. My husband glanced in the bag and said "We didn't get our fries or drinks." The guy acted so frustrated took the bag back..crammed fries in...almost threw the bag back..handed drinks and slammed window. He never said "I'm sorry"...nothing. So rude! Not a good experience tonight at all. 2/27/22
I only suggest that if the lobby was going to be locked please just put a very noticeable sign up so you don't waste your time pulling in getting out of the car and walking up to the door just to get it locked door
This is awesome store food always fresh and hot oil your pulled up when u get it quality ranked high to this too be the the top store it moves fast Ms Grenchen and Angie our the top don't forget Molly and the crew plays there part to Morning shift....Rocks
Under-staffed, definitely! But that's not necessarily their fault..people just don't seem to want to work anymore!• There was a male Janitor mopping the floors that day, when i was struggling with the kiosk order machine (as usual) and trying my best to flag down an employee to help assist me... More than once, he offered his help, and I'm pretty sure that's not even listed as part of his job obligations. I wish I would have gotten his name. He was an older man. What a great worker!!!But on another note, i hate that stupid kiosk machine.. i consider myself pretty tech savvy and still can't ever get that thing to do what it's supposed to,especially not in a timely manner.
I come through almost everyday and order the same thing 4 mc chickens with ONLY pickle and mustard and every single time it never fails they mess it up somehow. I would give them one star but I don’t think that is possible the blonde female manager is the worst of all the managers there always rude when you call or come through the window. Honestly y’all could do better.
The 2 ladies that work the drive through on Saturday mornings are ALWAYS friendly and efficient!
Ordered sausage McMuffin with hash brown and coffee. 3 sugar 2 creams. Coffee was on point and the food was fresh and hot. Folks were very friendly and the service was prompt.
