We done the drive thru...food was ok.. service was ok.. nothing to just brag about.
Two weeks in a row we’ve gone through the drive through and have been told they were closed. The first week was at 8:00pm, and tonight was 8:15. I feel that the owner needs to know the workers are closing early for some reason. This is ridiculous.
Went to the drive thru at 1230 Sunday people were driving off because no one would take there order guess whoever was working decided not to do anything this place needs new magement or owners won't be back
Why is this restaurant even open. The rudest employees I very ever seen wayed forever to take my order then said they had to light the grill. This makes the 3rd time I've been told this. Or there our of crystal burgers. This store is a joke and corporate should close its doors
Absolutely the worst customer service experience ever by the cashier/drive thru person. First they were ignoring me when taking my order then when they finally decided to listen did not want to give me my total so a man took over and just said come to the window. Still no total. Decided this didn't sound right since half the menu is missing from the store anyways because the sign is broken, so I decided I wanted to place the order on the app instead. Did so and came to the window, this gave me a total, and provided them the order, the lady said "come back in 16 when your order says it should be ready" there was no cars in front of me or behind me. They had nobody. So i said okay...even tho they were not busy at all. She said this with the most hateful voice she had full attitude. When i contacted to just cancel the order because it was obvious they did not want us there, the manager was heard telling the lady "you really said come back in 16?!" He did not sound happy with her which i understand then he said we couldn't cancel the order by phone we had to call the app we placed it through which was Krystal's which told us to contact the store. We decided to go to the store again but this time the cashier AGAIN with full attitude said "your order is cancelled we have nothing for you" the moment she heard our voices, we explained we had just been told to come back to cancel but she said it was cancelled and stopped talking all together. Absolutely horrible horrible service by this woman

I went through the drive-through today and no one answered the speaker. I drove in front of the store and a man was sitting in the floor and a woman was sitting at a table. Both we're employees.
Need to work on speed of service, and order taker at drive thru need to be aware of tone when speaking, after all you have the power to change a customers attitude with your kindness and patience
The lady that works at the window New Year’s Eve need be more clear with folks. All I wanted was 2 24 pack. They said they only had 1 24 pack! What!? “We don’t have that sir!” She said it would be 40 minutes to cook more. So all I’m saying is your losing money owner. I was willing to pay for 2 24 packs only got 1. I gave the rest of my money to Arby’s and Hardee’s. Keep up the great work!
My husband and I live in Tennessee but eat here at Krystals every time we are in corinth. The employees are so very kind and curtious..The food is always fresh and hot ..The new crispy French fries are the best ! We appreciate the employees there for the great job they do !
