The food was smothered in salt literally, and not only that but there were hairs all in my philly steak, and fries.(WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EATING THERE).*do not trust the cashier - Sandra D. with your food.This was my first time eating there , and the experience was horrible. (rate - 0 stars )

Well Italian beef is crock pot serverd an I bout a Maxwell street polish nothing like home it's all grill ed onion not diced but not steamed polish dried out not a good place to eat unless your from the south but with nam lil Chicago naw it's not

My Husband and I went there on Saturday afternoon May7,2022 just a few weeks ago. First of all we had to get the girl’s attention to get waited on and the food was cold, hard, and burnt. We couldn’t eat it and they wouldn’t do anything about it and was very rude and unprofessional. They wouldn’t give us a refund and we paid with cash and wouldn’t put it on a Gift Card either so that was almost $28.00 down the drain!! We’ll never eat there again or Recommend it to anyone else! Unless you want a cold Italian Beef sandwich and hard, burnt fries you need to go somewhere else to eat.??
Omg...it was fast, reasonable and awesome. Some of the nicest people I've met in a long time...made me feel like a friend...highly recommend!!

Me and my wife ate here for the first time this evening. I had been here as a little boy long ago, after I started talking to our server he told me that it is under new owners, but all the people who ate here before are still happy with it. I had the Chicago dog and home fries, my wife had a chili dog with garlic Parmesan fries. We definitely enjoyed our meal, very nice people there, good prices, will be coming back I am sure!

The Chicago dogs are delicious. The Italian beef and sausage are definitely on point too. Service is quick and friendly. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for Chicago style food.
