HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I have never ate inside a Jack’s until today and I definitely do not want to ever again. If I could give this place zero stars I would because of the lack of service, wait times, there was fries and chicken all over everything behind the counter, and the fact one of the employees unclogged the ice machine with a pipe and then with his bare hands! It was especially annoying when the lady at the front would just walk back and forth in front of the counter and would not take anyone’s order. I could not tell you how many people came back up to the front because she kept getting people’s order wrong. My food was also not exactly like it was supposed to be but I ate it anyways because I did not feel like waiting 30 mins or more to get it fixed. I would definitely think twice about eating here!
Burgers and fries were delicious! Very noice staff.
Normally I don't leave fast food restaurants feeling real good about myself. But Destiny was working and was so full of energy, and polite and helpful, and welcoming. I'll take a trip back from Minnesota just to leave full of energy and get a confidence boost.
Food was cold and it didn't taste good. I had burger and fries. What a disappointment ?
Always loved Jack’s. However this one is missing the mark. The employees are so wrapped up in complaining, arguing and talking about others the customers are left unattended. Today was the second time in 2 weeks that my husband and I could not get waited on. I stood there watching 6 employees ( manager was setting in the office). Only one of these was doing any work. The others were running around in their own world loudly talking about others. We left without being ask for our order. Very rude
I’m sure the burger would have been good… but I can’t eat it because I’m allergic to mustard…..
Normally Jacks is excellent, no matter what you order. This time, not so much. The hand breaded chicken sandwich was very dry and tough. I did not enjoy it. May have been sitting around for a good bit before I ordered, due to it not being very warm.
One of the nastiest places I've been inside. They don't have their act together. The entire staff is screaming at each other from the back with people lined up out front. Boxes stacked everywhere. Drink machine not working. Poor customer service. Wouldn't give a customer a refund for messing up their food. Won't be coming back. Health department needs to check this place out.
My wife and I got our evening meal there Friday after her doctor's appointment.Everything was superb and our two dogs B.J. and Sheba loved ❤your cheeseburgers?, french fries ?and fried chicken? . And B.J. also enjoyed the italian green beans? ?Great job Jack's!! But what else is new.
Bathroom was sandblasted with poop. The breakfast sandwiches were good that we got. Unfortunately the hashbrowns tasted like they were cooked a few hours ago
