The food & service was very good. But it was so cold in the dining room it was t comfortable
Just left happy & full. Southern Hospitality defined at this restaurant. It was a full house on this Sunday afternoon. But, the staff & efficiency made it enjoyable. We were expecting a long wait for a table, but, was seated right away. Man, they are good here. They were rockstars and had a room full of happy customers. The only hiccup I had was not being able to shop while waiting for a table, which made my hubby happy. We were greeted, served and checked on in such a pleasant way. I will be back next time I am driving through this are. Probably the best managed & staffed Cracker Barrel I have ever been to. Good job!
Always good food and great service. Even today with the huge Mother’s Day crowd, the food came out hot and tasty. Service was excellent.
service is great they had one girl covering the whole middle section and she was on top of it but the food came out and looked like a child's plate. there wasn't hardly any potatoes and the chicken was tiny pieces. really sad a major chain charges what they do and you don't get what they used to serve. it used to be my favorite place to go?
Very friendly staff. The food was good, but not great. Not like grandma's. There was no real seasoning to anything, just cooked as it came from the can. Good, but plain. I would have no problem eating there again but my expectations would be slightly lower.
The staff made our June 2019 visit for my mom's birthday extra special, and even took a few photos on request. The food was delicious and the service was superb! Thank you all so much!
Our waitress took about 15 minutes to get our drink order. Then it took us to ask for our drinks before we got them. When we got our food, the meatloaf was burnt & chopped steak was tough. Overall everything else was good.
Best waitstaff ever! Went for dinner and then breakfast the next morning. Both times the waitstaff was very personable and attentive. I'll be back!
I came in to eat and decided to play a lil joke on the hostess and waitresses immediately telling them that we had a party of 56 people and got them all to kind of freak out and then start laughing. I was sitting down eating lunch with my Mom on 2/7/21 and while we were eating I found out that a real good friend of ours had passed away. Our waitress seen that we were crying and upset and took upon herself to pay for our meal to show her sincerity and condolences.. I've never in my life felt so honored by such an amazing waitress. I'm not sure what her name was. But what a true blessing and an amazing employee. Thank You so much for the kind words in our time of need. God bless all the staff
Worst service EVER. We have ate at all of Cracker Barrel’s, especially the one in Corinth, MS. From our server to our ticket was horrible! Then they want to charge you $ 31 for sorry food AND service. If you don’t enjoy your job, go to the house. ? #horribkeservice #notacrackerbarrelfananymote
