Absolutely perfect ? this cute little family owned restaurant had the best breakfast!! Super friendly and incredible service!! They also make homemade cookies!!! I loved this place!
Great place! Very friendly staff and atmosphere. We were passing thru from Iowa and were recommended to go here for breakfast. Glad we did.
Excellent and quaint place to stop. Abe and his family are super friendly and very welcoming. The food is excellent and the decor is authentic, displaying items from days gone by. Take a trip down memory lane while you watch Abe's son cook your food on the grill. Tiny in size but mighty in spirit.
Abe’s been a friend of the family for years. Whenever I was home on leave, Abe’s was always on my list. Good Christian family , and just plain nice. Food is out-of-this-world good.
Mr. Abe and his family did not only provided us with great food, but also served us with a lot of stories and information from the neighborhood and other tourism info. Just follow their food recommendations and you won’t be disappointed! (Burgers and steak sandwich!) Also be amazed by Mr. Abe’s calculation skills, i have never seen anybody calculate to bill by head so quickly :)
Just as good as it’s always been. I’ve had their burgers years ago when I lived there. Today I stopped in with my family for breakfast. It was excellent! Definitely made with love and from scratch. Best restaurant biscuit I’ve ever had. Super friendly and they loved having the kiddos in there.
Takes you back 50 years. Small diner maintaining the highway traditions. Personable friendly service. Highlight is the handcut fries. Everything is locally sourced. No Sysco truck.
