The food was not good at all. Had to pull up and wait on the food also the wings barely had sauce on them, fries had no salt. Will not go back.
Fairly clean ,food was hot. The staff is pretty friendly. Food was good and fairly priced.
Fast service. Could have been more seasoning on my hot honey mustard wings. I didn't want ice in my drink. They put it anyway.
When I went to this location there were multiple people coming to the counter complaining about their order as I was ordering mine. Also they have really bad customer service aren’t sanitary and my chicken was old and the fries did not seem done.
I was there just after 6pm and they were out of sweet tea, they were not even going to be making any more. The portion of the chicken fingers were so small. It was like 2 1/2 fingers and very narrow. I started to order online via phone, but was unable to request no ice with my drink. The price was going to be about $8.50 after taxes so that is what I was expecting to pay. After ordering at drive thru, the same order was to cost me about $1.00 more, why is this so? The crinkly fries were good (best part of the meal in fact). The Zaxby sauce barely had any flavor to it. The slaw was runny, not chilled enough.

Absolutely terrible!! I realize 2:00pm isn't prime time for lunch but the sandwich I was given at the drive through was in NO WAY fresh. Dry barley warm and extremely chewy. I received NO straw, NO napkins and had a delayed and at the register with a charge then refund and then another charge.
