3/20/2022 @1:15am. They’re supposed to close at 2am according to their posted hours. There is a car at the window and the drive through open sign is on. I pull up to order and the promo sign is knocked over order screen is off. An automated message says they’re closed. Employees are inside, lights are on. Looked like two employees were chatting with the person at the window. Taco Bell employees seem to just close whenever they want. Over the last couple years Taco Bell has become the most poorly managed fast food chain in the country. The recurring issue being closing times whenever they feel like it. I e experienced this issue in many cities. They’re always closed or they’re out of what you want or they removed it from the menu entirely. I will probly never go to Taco Bell again as it has become pointless. I doubt their revenue will change much.
Very fast and friendly. Follwed up after we received our food to see if we needed a to go bag for leftovers.
They always get my order right. We all know what we are going to get when we go to a Taco Bell. THIS Taco Bell gives you exactly what you're expecting, and it gives it to you hot, fresh and fast.
Ordered a regular $5 box and every item inside the Box had a lot of black beans on it instead of beef also ordered a 5 layer Burrito they gave me a Fiesta veggie Burrito instead
Both columbus locations have issues with getting orders correct. Friendly people
Have ordered at this drive thru 3 times and have yet to get the correct items. At this point, it is my fault for thinking that they might get an order correct eventually. Incompetence is an understatement!

Taco bell had to have 1 of the fastest drive thrus because you never hardly have to wait in line long
