I have went to this location on several occasions and everytime my order gets messed up. Multiple times I have received my food with it drenched in teriyaki sauce, to the point it is inedible. Also they do not keep a phone on to call and inform anyone. I don't know if it's poor management or just horribly trained employees, but I personally will no longer purchase from this location.
The employee was very nice and friendly. She completed my order fast and made sure that it had everything I wanted.

This subway at Brickton plaza is a good one . Steak and cheese protein bowl is really good.
Placed an order using the app and picked it up. Got back and the order was wrong. Wrong veggies on wrong sandwiches and wrong bread with wrong sandwiches.
