This is the second time I have been to Sonic on Alabama Street and have had to wait over ten minutes to have my order taken. The last time, when they finally answered I was told to wait another 10 minutes then push the button again for them to take my order. This is fast food, no reason for such a long response time.
Disrespectful white teen boys hanging out in the parking lot makes it not family friendly but the staff and food was great
Ordered a small chocolate shake. Didn't have small cups so it was in a bigger cup and the consistency was not the normal consistency. It wasn't a great shake and it certainly wasn't a Sonic shake. I had been craving all day only to be disappointed.
Great food and great service from hard workers with a friendly smile. Please remember to tip your server.

Let me tell you... we came to sonic on Alabama street tonight. Husband left his wallet at home and didn't realize it until we had already ordered and he went to pay, the sweet worker went to get the manager. I told them to cancel it and I would redo it on my app instead he insisted we just take it and not worry about it..or come back later and pay if we wanted. This is the kind of kindness Columbus needs! Go visit sonic on Alabama street!!! (I paid on my app anyways) I couldn't just leave.
