I’m here at Sonic now. I received my order and the grease has soaked they my tots carton and the bag. There is grease pooled in the bag! Until his is cleaned up you will lose me as a customer. Dee Bond

Sonic on hwy 45 in Columbus MS is the absolute best . Really good food. When I treat myself, I eat there junior hamburger , tater tot with sweet tea. If you have never tried their breakfast , number 19 breakfast from menu is delicious. But Never go eat at sonic on hwy Alabama Street in East Columbus ms its terrible cold food. If you eat at sonic, eat at the sonic on hwy 45 in columbus ms.
The Sonic in Vernon Alabama, this time was the worst meal I have ever had here at this location. The tots were either stale or the fryer oil was unchanged. The hamburger was cold when i got it home the trip home was about ten minutes . The best part of the meal was the drink. I was there at 320pm, the burger even after being warmed up was terrible. It must have been there in the store for hours.
Sat there 20 minutes and nobody ever even answered my button to take my order. Didn't even ask me if I could hold. Nothing. Tried to ask someone and was ignored. So I left.
I gave them another star just now because their management responded within 2 hours of my first rating. The manager puts customer satisfaction as a priority. And they have the best fried cheese........
A lady name Trice took my order and she said a lady name Kaitlin made my food, 1st she took my order so great the 1st time and she repeated it to me which some people don’t do and the 2nd Kaitlin made the food fresh (Phresh) with a capital P?very recommended..,management is great also
