This location is me and my wife’s go-to after a long week and we want to do a stay at home date night. Our order is pretty consistent and I’d say about 95% of the time we get exactly what we ordered. I chop is the other times there have been errors when they have had new staff or have been very busy. Overall we’ll continue to choose Papa John’s over the other pizza places in Columbus. Friendly folks and consistent with their service
UPATE: not long after posting this the original review, I received an email offering to take care of the problem, I have updated my rating from two stars to four. Thank you for listening.original review: I ordered over the phone, went to pick it up and knew I should verify it was correct before I left. It was not, my details on the box were correct, not the pizza inside. When I told them, they went to make another one, but I was not willing to wait. I told them I would take the incorrect pizza, but I would appreciate if they made it right by providing me a credit for the future, they agreed, collected my details and I left. Fast forward a couple days later and I called to use said credit, and no request had been submitted in my name for me to use. Nothing was done to make it right!
Normally I love Papa John’s regular breadsticks, but this time they were flat and barely warm. I won’t get them from this location anymore. The young man that delivered them was very nice and that is the reason for a 3 stars!
Ordered a large pizza. Apparently that was just the box and doesn't apply to the pizza itself. Will not be ordering from this location again as it's happened several times. The one in Starkville seems to not have this problem. At least not repeatedly.
Excellent service. I placed an order and forgot to add a topping. They redid it with no extra charge at all.
My pizza was delivered and it had looked like the box was shaken, pizza was all messed up.

Ordered at the walk up window at the store and the young lady that took our order was not friendly at all. It seemed like it was a bother for her to help us. I asked about using my Papa Dough and she said that they do not do that at this store.Would not recommend.
