Selling food while under construction.. there's installation hanging right over the drink and coffee station.I think this place should have closed for the health and safety of customers and employees. I have bad allergies ( mainly to installation) and my hand swelled up after receiving food..Also recieved 8 nuggets in a 10 piece box..
Experience was great at McDonald's, food was hot and fresh and the staff was friendly.
Poor McDonald’s experience. We got home before finding out they didn’t give us a happy meal we ordered. So we drove all the way back, got the happy meal, and even then it was prepared incorrectly. The fries tasted bland. And on top of it, the main reason we ordered a happy meal was because of the Stitch toys McDonald’s is supposed to have right now, but apparently they’re still giving away old stuff. I won’t be back to this McDonald’s.
The location on Alabama ST in Columbus MS. Store #24680 is a joke. They visibility advertise Hot and Spicy McChicken on the Menu. When I tried to order one, the employee said "Mc who? We don't sell that here." They made the order incorrectly. When I got to pick up window, the employee opened the window, shoved the bag in my hand and shut the window and walked away. I waited a moment to see I I could get ketchup packs but they never came back.
I never expected alot when it comes to McDonald's.. Poor service, and Cold food is their best service.
I just came got breakfast 3 hotcakes and sausage with 2 orange juicesMy hotcakes are all burnt and brown and same with sausage the orange juice was hotMcDonald's food has gone down hill from when I was younger and I will not be back too many times this happens
So disappointed with the cold, soft, soggy french fries?
Rude employees horrible service and can't seem to get an order correct didn't receive my food I got off the am and other times don't give me the point when I use the app
This McDonald’s location is HORRIBLE!! BAD service, BAD attitudes and BAD food! Everytime I visit this hell house the worker ?? always have MAJOR attitudes! I visited this location tonight and a worker bee got an attitude because I told her to make my food fresh! If you don’t want to be a worker bee for McDonald’s I would suggest going elsewhere! However, if you decide to be a worker bee for McDonald’s then I would suggest giving it all you got respectfully! But then again, with an attitude like her attitude was tonight I can see why she’s still at McDonald’s!! Do better McDonalds! I was nice tonight…….next time my review may not be so nice!
