First the employees are rude as all get out they don't listen to your order then when you repeat it they still put it in however they want to. Second if you are getting one of the deals or you get their bogo or 2 for 6 check your receipt because if not they won't put it in as the bogo or the two for six no matter how many times you are asked to repeat it and as a result they will overcharge you then treat you like its your fault. Third always check your bag BEFORE you leave their drive thru window because if they don't feel like putting something in the bag they won't and again they will treat you like its your fault even if it shows you paid for the item on your receipt. Also if you order cook to order check it because they will do everything they can to avoid cook to order especially fries.
Very rude employees. My oder was pushing $80. We stood in line and waited about 30 minutes on our order. I ask if we could get more ice for our drinks because it had already melted and the lady had me wait for another 10 minutes after asking me several questions why I needed ice. When I got into my car I noticed I was also shorted a drink. Had to Wait additional 5 minutes on it. Since when is it ok to bring your kids to work or let kids run behind the counters and in the cooking area? I have never been treated so badly. All the employees at the counter was so derespectful.
Slow as well u know. Fries were all short not long like used to be. Out of ice cream. Used mobile app curbside. Finally had to go inside to find my order wasn’t available.
truly deserved no stars. we waited 20 minutes in the drive thru line (at least 10 of those at the box waiting to order) and no one ever came on to take our order or the order of those in the other line. We finally left, and as we were driving by we saw several workers not doing anything in the front. Absolutely unacceptable
The food was good, and our order was correct. The chocolate shakes barely tasted like chocolate, and they weren’t blended well. But they still tasted fine. Overall a good experience.
Food and service were ok. But floor was so greasy you could feel your shoes slipping as you walked. Bathroom not properly stocked with paper or soap
Extremely slow to get through the drive-thru. When I got to the window, they had to ask me what I ordered for a couple of the items. Highly recommend not going to this one. The workers here very clearly do not care about what they do.
Came at 8:00 tonight with a family member and friend waited over 30 minutes for them to bring it out but never did. Had to drive around, the whole drive thru was empty! While in the front the employees were out of the kitchen eating other foods and laughing and playing. I come back through the drive thru and the person at the second window referring to me while looking at me saying “why is they back in my line, I should beat this b**** up.” It was three in the window and they all had braids. Rude and unprofessional! Need more training at this establishment!
Too around 40 minutes to actually get our food. Did curbside, waited 20 minutes there, proceeded to go through the drive through to get it. The person at the second window was extremely rude and blamed us for their store not communicating to one another and proceeded to correct us. And then waited 20 more minutes at the front waiting. Still didn’t even get everything right.
Went through the drive thru. Got to the window to get our food. They handed me one bag and insisted everything was in there. It wasn't. I gave them my receipt and they had me pull up. 15 minutes later, they still hadn't brought our food out. My sister goes in. She said the floors were so slippery she was sliding. One of the workers was spraying degreaser on the ground in front of the door. When my sister finally got the food, she walked out the door, stepping in the degreaser she had no clue was there. She took two steps and slipped. Dumb man had no business spraying degreaser in front of a door anyway. Lawsuit coming!
