This place has one employee who needs to be fired! My husband went to get breakfast on 3/22/22 at 6:30 am and couldn’t go through the drive thru due to the height of his work truck so he was going inside to place his order. The door was locked and had two elderly people eating inside. There was a door bell so my husband rang it ( the door was locked and what else is a door bell for) well a young man maybe in his early 20’s came to door and yelled at my husband and said “you didn’t have to ring that door bell “ my husband is hard of hearing and asked him “what” and he yelled back again and said “ you heard me” “you didn’t have to ring that door bell and pointed to the elderly people eating and said “one of them could have opened the door for you”! First off how does a customer know to unlock a door for another customer and why did he feel it wasn’t his duty but a customers duty to do his job? Avoid this place because the employees are rude the service is awful and the store is nasty!!
There’s a reason this place has such bad reviews and everyone else is so busy while there’s literally no one in the entire building. The burger was microwaved and tasteless. The only good thing was the hot fries. No one there is happy to see you - including the manager. First and last trip to Jack’s.
I have yet to have a bad experience at Jack's. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The food is always on point

I have stopped in at Jack's on Hwy 45 in Columbus MS several times wanting to try their new bologna sandwich. Each time they were out of these meals. The inconvenience isn't the issue. It's the advertisement on the LED sign out front saying to try these meals. If you don't have the product please stop advertising it. Thanks
Food is fresh and affordable. The staff was friendly and nice. Being from the North we look forward to southern restaurants.
