Our favorite BBQ! We are a house divided on favorites but you can not go wrong with anything on the menu. Love how no matter who is working, you’re treated like family while eating in or even just picking up a to go order!
Bbq, beans, slaw, potato salad, service was EXCELLENT! I just felt that $35 was a bit much for 2 bbq sandwiches, 2 small sides of baked beans ,2 bags of chips and one side of slaw. 2 small drinks. I didnt get potato salad this trip but I have had it before. It is the bomb. You know I'm kind of in between when i give a review including a high price. But i have to think what would i charge if i was running the business. Hmmmm. So i still came to the conclusion that i wouldnt charge that much. I really liked the ladies service and attitudes working there. And as i said the food was amazing. I believe the Large bbq sandwich was like ($8 +) I think the sides are what got my price so high. I didnt notice that I could have got wife's meal for like $10 in a meal, had I not ordered everything separately. I think sides are too high in price. In my hometown a large side to feed my family would be the same price. So just be careful doing as I do and going in places saying give me one of these, one of those and... it adds up quick. All of that being said, I still recommend that you eat here. I didnt need all that I ordered anyway?. I have come to realize that life is not and probably will never be like it was in the 80s, 90s or earl 2000s. We all need to support our restaurants if we want to keep them open, especially private or non chain restaurants. Stop and grab a bite, I'm sure they will appreciate your business.
Came here to celebrate my son’s graduation. Server was very nice. Husband had brisket and pulled pork. He said it was ok. The sides were very good. We had coleslaw, potato salad, and baked beans. I had pulled pork. Both of us felt the meat was better with more bbq sauce, dry without. Apple pie was very tart. Chocolate pie was more like pudding. Prices were fine.
Barbecue awesome if you haven't tried this barbecue you really don't know what you're missing the Staff is outstanding.
Pretty good food. Not the best I have had, but certainly not the worst. Pulled pork was pretty tasty, sauces were not super amazing but good. Good place to eat near Columbus AFB
This review is about the website not the food, so if you are looking for some bbq and decide to look up hanks website to view their menu don't bother there isn't one, the website seems to be hanks personal photo album nothing about the restaurant at all
Delicious food and friendly staff
Came here while traveling on a Saturday afternoon. Food came out in 5 minutes. Some of the best BBQ I've ever had, and their potato salad was phenomenal. I don't even like potato salad and I loved theirs.
Need better sides.Could use a selection of sauces. The only sauce is too spicy for kids.
Everything is good at Hank's, but I have a hard time ordering anything but the ribs. How can I pass on the world class ribs to eat something else? I often wish for a few more sides to choose from (french fries), but the baked beans are the best I've ever eaten (IMHO). Hank's never disappoints.
