The workers obviously did this on purpose (I guess). I didn't order a water & even though I was charged for it, I never received one. Although, I ordered (shown on receipt) cheese cajun fries, for some reason the workers decided to add chili.#or maybe it was just an honest mistake#food was hot though

We stopped by for a shake only. They made a fantastic banana nut shake. I just wished they would use cashews instead of pecans.

Will not return. While waiting for my food I drank my tea and asked for a refill. Was told they don't offer refills and I would have to pay full price for another tea. My onion rings were burnt as well.
In from out of town and I love Cook Outs.Day 1, ordered in the drive thru and they mess up 1 out of 3 items despite me repeating my order multiple times. Whatever, I'll eat what I got.Day 2, ordered in the drive thru and they mess up 2 out of 3 items I order. I'm done. Got my money back, went to Taco Bell.
