This is the slowest Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. Nothing fast about this place at all. The fruit cup was barely half filled and then had to go back to get straws. Don’t expect the same level of service from this location that you get at other Chick-fil-A locations.
Went through drive-thru, lady on speaker had asked me my order more than three times, and the speaker kept cutting out with intervals of several minutes waiting. One time the speaker cut in the girl on the other end was like “My phone is on 3 percent girl!” I had to drive away. Worst experience I have ever had at any fast food place, and I thought Chick-Fil-A was known for its service. No class, not even fast.

The food was fast and fresh. Dined in and the place was very clean. Had the place decorated for Valentine’s Day which was cute. The lady walking around cleaning tables was very sweet. Prices have definitely gone up.
Slow slow.. good thing that they were not busy when I went through or else I would have had to wait even longer. I know these locations are franchised, but some have the process down to a science, and others need to go back to school. 3 stars.
The food is always fresh and their mannerisms are great. They can train other fast food restaurants how to treat their customers.
