When I order chicken tenders that I always order here I fully expect that they are going to be bigger than my pinky and my thumb this was absolutely ridiculous and the so called manager that thought it was funny and giggled about the fact that I will be going elsewhere to get my dinner Thursday June 23rd 2022 at 8:11pm should probably be without a job this was the most disappointing service and visit I've ever had here at this restaurant I will definitely be making a call tomorrow because the manager on shift at the Columbus Mississippi location tonight was rude
My guys and I stopped in after a show we were performing at.. They had one waitress, seemed like 3 bartenders and other people working there just out talking to their friends, and drinking on the job. We waited over a hour and a half for COLD food. There was only 10 other people in there at the time, It wasnt the waitress fault. The waitress, Diana kept her composer and served us the best she could. The bartenders really need to learn how to mix drinks. Jon Taffer would have a field day on them over pouring out of the bottles the way they were doing it. If that place had par-tender to check the pours, they find out where they was losing even more money. The bartender was more into their nails not getting messed up and more dancing and singing to the tunes rather than serving customers, they had their picks because of the tips they received from CERTAIN customers at the bar. They showed that they were NOT trained to do bartending. Other than our server we had. I WOULD NOT return to that place or tell anyone to go at this time till they got the staff TRAINED and be more professional.. Spent good money for a very bad experience. As a professional in a business it was a Very Bad Experience, and that place needs cleaned up... The stars I gave, It was for the waitress who busted her butt trying to do her job.

Food, drunks good. But an old water odor. Need to clean carpet or get a drain drSmell like old dishwater
Always reluctant to come because we've had more bad experiences than good. I was hoping it would be a good one, but jokes on me. Had a party of 9 and food come out for only 7. No biggie, my husband and I could wait. About 10 minutes go by, still no food. Our waitress didn't bother saying anything until she came and checked on the rest of the table so I asked if we were going to get our food. Few minutes go by and the food finally comes out after almost everyone one got done. It wasn't even warm but my husband was not going to complain and have to wait even longer. The waitress only checked on us onI other time.
Always reluctant to eat at this location due to poor service (food is always good). On my past few visits the servers were good and the food was great. The tables and floors could be a little cleaner.
I was served a raw chicken sandwich, sent it back and was still charged after only having 2 bites or so when I realized it was not cooked. (The meat had a crunch, was fibrous, light pink and chewy aka raw) The manager did not stop by, but the server said the manager asked if I wanted anything else. I declined because I lost my appetite. The server was great! But, I wish the manager had stopped by or had offered to comp the meal I didn't eat.
We very rarely attempt it due to so many random issues but we are also big on giving anything in our community multiple chances. In the last 2 years we have had zero luck in this location. Tonight we agreed to the hostess to sit outside as she said the inside wait would be a while. Sitting outside was perfectly fine as it’s nice out. After 15 minutes of not even a drink order being taken and watching the only other occupied outside table be waited on and served by 2 different employees, we finally got up and left. I honestly don’t believe lack of help/employment is the issue here but instead servers/employees that don’t really care one way or the other. The last couple times before this one that we attempted were similar issues or waiting an hour plus for wings, never getting drinks or getting refills, never getting part of our orders..
