Been to the Brandon Whataburger 3 times now since their recent opening. First time was awesome. Second time cold fries. 3rd time I ordered a burger with cheese. The bun was nice and fresh and warm. The hamburger patty I believe had been made in advance to speed their process. This is the same issue I had with Flowood location. Whataburger is always known to make your burger when you order not have it sitting and waiting. About fed up with Mississippi Whataburgers
As a red blooded Californian, I have to say the Bacon Blue Cheese Burger finally put this place on the man for me! Big shout out to Anthony here who suggested it and made sure my order was on point;) He also suggested some snacks and condiments that were exclusive to Whataburger and he did not disappoint. Thanks again Anthony for providing me with great customer service!
My husband went the Whataburger in Brandon,Ms this morning. Usually we get great service friendly ppl. This morning however, the person at the window was not very personable at all. My husband asked for grape jelly, worker says it’s in the bag. My husband, not thinking to check, drove off. Got home and there’s no jelly, but there is ketchup! It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to tell the the difference between the two. Be aware of what you’re doing, and more courteous to your guests.
Customer service was great and the female manager was very apologetic. But whoever is working in their kitchen should be wearing a hair net. They think it’s okay to have long hair and just wear a hat (said one of the employees) because it’s logical that hair doesn’t come flying out from a hat right. No wrong they should have a hair net on if they wanna wear a hat on top they should have that option. I will not ever return to this restaurant. My spouse used to work in the health department and I had to ask him not to call them.
Food would be good if they could get the order correct. I always order a whataburger Jr. With cheese, No lettuce no onion. Not very hard. Only thing left is condiments tomato pickle. But that seems to be too difficult for people to understand. I get home yesterday and I have pickles coming out the ears and onions all over the burger but no tomato anywhere. Yes you can take the onions off before you eat the burger but you can't take that onion flavor that has soaked into it off. So you may as well leave them on and try and suffer through it. Because it is no different. Prices are going up everywhere but the service is going down.
The store was clean and the employees were great and highly entertaining. The actual Whataburger was horrible, and didn't live up to it's mythical greatness, but that is now my general opinion of a Whataburger in general. Not impressed.But this specific STORE location based upon my experience was great.OTHER THAN the actual burger.
Dropped in for breakfast with our crew.. everything was cooked to perfection. Hashbrowns we’re crispy and the new spicy honey butter chicken biscuit was what dreams are made of. The staff were attentive and polite.
Wife, and car full of kids ordered lunch and 4 cookies. We promised the kids they could have a cookie (or at least part, WB cookies are BIG) after they took an afternoon nap.2 hours later we realized we didn't have any cookies. This location is very new so it's understandable. The Manager, Mr. Banks humbly asked if we could come get the cookies.Very professional, approachable, and light hearted staff all around.Thank you.
My first time there. 3 am. Just left BAPTIST HOSPITAL ER, was going to one in Jackson but no power / lights over there (& cars in drive through backed into the streets). Drove to new one in Brandon. (+++)- said they were open 24 hours. (+++)- friendly and polite. (+++) Drinks are perfect (--)- considering no one in line, fries were really COLD (didn't find out until back at traffic lights. By then, someone let the secret out; long line formed). (+++) burgers and chicken were good. DO BETTER PEOPLE!!!
I ordered a sausage on a bun and got no sausage. Just egg and cheese. Highly disappointed. I will check my food from now on before I leave the drive thru
