Customer service is horrible, its like your talking to toddlers at register. No comprehension on anything and have to repeat the order 4 times to get it right, get our cups and only drinks in available in self dispenser are diet fanta and water.... I tell cashier and its like it broke her arm to fill it at drive through window... service like this and it will be closed again like a few months ago. Last time coming here.

This is the first time that I have had a problem at this location. I order some chili and the beans were hard. The service was great though. I will be going back but not for chili at least for a while.

The manager here is rude she gets loud when aggravated (yelling at customers) and she don't listen cause she always think she is right. As a server I do not believe the customer is always right but I do think you should listen just in case your wrong. I understand your busy but why not do things right the first time so they don't have to be done again.

It was busy and slow, but my food was fresh and better than most Wendy's food I have had

I’m a former manager of Wendy’s. I’m in a different profession now and Door Dash on the side for extra $. I have never been spoken to so rudely in a food establishment as I was today in the Wendy’s on West Government St in Brandon. The female in an aqua shirt behind the counter was SO rude that I unassigned myself from the order, which wasn’t ready anyway, and left. I will NEVER accept an order from there again. I know that her behavior would be unacceptable to the franchise owner. There was no excuse for how I was spoken to.

My husband and I keep saying never again about this place. You really should be ashamed of yourself, people trust your company with food they pay for and consume. I keep thinking maybe it's just the team working that day, or maybe it's a bad day, but its just extreanly poor management period. Disgusting hygiene handling customers food...never any gloves on, Seen girl wiping her nose before handing me my food. The orders always wrong, and its aggravating getting home to find that I can never trust that I received what I payed for. That's a massive issue when it's happening every single time we order. Won't be going back. Sadly it seems like corporate doesn't care either, because by the looks of the reviews...this is an on going issue for years. New management. New training.

Just sat in this line for 30 minutes only to be told when I finally got to the order screen the computers are down and they won't be back up for 20 minutes. This isn't the first time I've been told this at this location. The first time I hadn't waited at all and just drove up. "I'm sorry our computers are down." No problem, I'm not sure what I want. I can wait. "Sir you can't wait in the drive through. You have to leave and come back." This location really has had several issues for years. I had a friend that worked there about two years ago now and it sounded like every department and everyone level of worker from management to new hire has issues.
